The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There is a night entrance. Breakfast was lovely.Very close to the venue I was visiting.
Breakfast is expensive but food in Switzerland in general is very expensive.
Very close to the train station, comfortable bed, super clean
Bathroom could have been more modern, beds were single even though we booked a room with a double bed
Clean and modern, friendly crews, good location next to station and groceries. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Modern and clean
The guy at the reception.Parking place price very high (25.- CHF/day)
Modern interior i with laundry self service and nice and professional staff. Big advantage is railway station few steps from hotel.
Too bad I couldn't stay longer.
Facilities, next to bus and train, clean.
Just missing a gym, but I knew when I booked
Great breakfast selection, healthy and practical.Perfect hotel for cultural weekend and small journey in Bern.
The room was very beautiful, spacious and nicely designed. The price-performance ratio was good, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly. I can definitely recommend this place.
The back entrance was a bit dark in the evening and felt less welcoming, but everything else was perfectly fine.
Looks new very clean
The long distance for the Bern expo and no tram or bus found
Disappointing
Room Not cleaned well. No amenities like free toothbrush or water bottle. Definitely wouldn’t call the hotel a 4 star. Parking is super expensive
Seclude area gave peaceful vibe
The room is cosy, parking is 25chf. The lift only 1 working when we arrives, and suddenly couple of big group coming will give you inconvenience to wait for the lift.

Location was very good for getting downtown. Close to a grocery store.
Air conditioning wasn't great, but it was very hot when we were there.
Staff was excellent!!!
Air conditioning is terrible. Room was hot and made it very hard to sleep. Also reception closes between 11 pm to 6 am.
