I really liked the small town and the view from my room. The room was clean and the AC was great.

The mattress was not comfortable. The bathroom didn't have any shampoo or soap holder and I had to drop them down after using. They didn't have elevator so I had to take my luggage to the second floor using stairs.

I was put in a first room, which light above the bed did not work. I told the staff, who replied that they would check in the morning. They did not. I asked to change room. Got a new room where the light above the bed also did not work... And the plastic cup in the bathroom had cigarette ashes inside, and I only noticed after I drank from it (you can see from the picture)...

Bathroom is very, very small. Internet very slow.

The airco in the bathroom was noisy and could not be switched off. The airco system in the room was very noisy, but at least could be switched off.

Hi everyone, one of the worst experiences that i had , i drove from Hamburg all the way to oegstgeest and it was around 1:30 in the morning and in desk they told that they cancelled my booking with tell me and i had to look for another hotel, Please improve your skills

Comfy beds and a nice strong hot shower in the room. Quite some space so we did not feel cramped.

The hotel was very expensive for what you get in return. The room was decent but we did not have an iron in the room though it was advertised in the booking. We was too pricey for the offered quality and was not good value for money. We had an incident where noisy people were loud in a room on the same floor from 4 am to 7 am.

Room fair size and staff very pleasant. Walkable distance to town.

our room was spacious, clean, pleasant lighting. Since our stay took place in December, the room was heated very well. There was a coffee machine with coffee in the room. A small fridge, a large table where you can eat. The bed is comfortable. Good selection of TV programs, large TV. Wifi signal excellent. Every day room service.Free parking front of Hotel was great benefit.

The staff were always polite and smiley. They cooked fantastic omelets each morning. It was a very good breakfast (similar each day, but very good). The room was OK: comfy bed, a place for work, a coffee machine, and capsules inside. GOOD WORKING heating system. Perfect soundproofing. It was pretty clean, except for a few moments in the bathroom (8 of 10 points for cleanness). Free secured parking.

There is low lighting in the room. Maybe it looks romantic, but some people need more light.

some of the staff wasn't very capable.all the towels in the room were dirty.breakfast was dry, saggy and didn't look good at all except the freshly baked egg.

We don't need anything except bed, bath and coffee in the morning. And friendly stuff, what we all got. Location was perfect for us, prety close to daughter's apartment. Bonus-we can watch SLO TV :)

Room was large. Air condition and heater were there. TV is large and works well. Not so noisy even though I could hear some noises from the corridor. The location is great, it is easy to reach from the Leiden Centraal either by bus (if you have large luggage) or on foot. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the Jumbo supermarket, so it's so convenience!

Unfortunately, there were stains on the bed in my room (under the sheets). The bed was too soft such that my body is not flat when I am laying down. The shower wall can be fixed such that it won't make any noise like it will break whenever I open it. The secured wifi didn't work, so had to use the unsecured one, it's a bit slow as well but okay.

Good variety at breakfast, clean rooms, manager was very helpful when they double charged me. However they double charged me, didn't respond to any contact prior to the stay regarding the attempts to double charge me.

I paid for the room when I booked it, they then tried to take the money again a week before our holiday, I contacted them with no response. They tried to take the money five days later, I again contacted with no response . Tried to make me pay at the hotel, showed proof of payment, on checkout they asked for payment again, and then took money from my account when I moved money in for the next hotel. Due to the exchange rate the refund left me short

No unpleasant events

Basically it is just a small hotel, to spent one night, no facilities besides billard room. The property is far away from anything. The room was cold, I had to use heating. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. It is too expensive for what they offer.

Clean and friendly staffs. The coffee machine is a plus.

I didn’t expect the room to be that small. There was a noise in our room for the first night of our stay which made me awake the whole night. When we arrive, I had to request for a crib and install it myself in the room. I expected they prepared it already before we arrive. They didn’t provide baby blanket. They just let me borrow a big one.

TV was not working, staff could not fix, after 1st night without needed to change rooms.
