    Pros +

    • The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean. The shower was nice.
    • Staff
    • Reception desk (a very competent receptionist from Sicily greeted me on arrival) was excellent and efficient. The restaurant staff was very nice, and very good (particularly Rico is impressive in even anticipating needs of his guests), the restaurant food was decent (both breakfast and dinner).

    Cons -

    • The supplies in the bathroom were lacking. There was no bodywash. We asked, and the hospitality staff said they were out.
    • Location
    • The hotel did not have bicycles for lending out - not so great in the Netherlands (also, I believe they would have been too expensive if they had not been under repair). More troublingly, there was plenty of dirt under my bed, including a used drinking can (which was there upon my arrival and stayed there during my stay). Open surfaces were ok, though the shower bottom was partly worn and yellow. Bedsheets were clean though.

A comfortable and spacious room and super comfy bed and linen. The included breakfast had a good spread of hot and cold options. Just what's needed to kick start the day. The restaurant has got the basics and the important dimensions covered.

It's a bit of a walk from Centraal Station. Or you could chicken out and take a bus. The walk is pleasant and safe. It's like you're going through the suburbs and pass various university buildings along the way.

    Clean, Nice rooms, good breakfast

Car park is around 18Eur for 1 night. Quite outrageous. Location could be nicer

    10AndreaPosted on: 10-27-2025

The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice, many options to eat. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything was fine, I didn´t find any issue.

Best price with very nice big rooms and comfortable beds, spacious tub/shower. Mini fridge and coffee/tea maker in the room, nice big TV. Decent restaurant downstairs with excellent service. Laundry and dry cleaning services available, and also a washer and dryer upstairs down the hall from the nice gym. The dryer was broken but the staff took my bag of washed clothes and dried them for free. Excellent customer service all around.

It’s a bit of a walk to the bus-stops to get into the center of Leiden. The hotel is located in the science park with no other shops or restaurants right nearby. Although, there is a very good Thai street food restaurant where you can do sit down or take out just a short walk through the park and the food there was very good also.

Very comfortable room with diverse TV channels to see.Very decent gym to workout.

They charge parking apart and is far from everywhere, so to have a car is absolutely necessary

    Never again.

We arrived at 11pm on the 15th Sep with a booking reference only to be told there were not rooms for us at all. No compensation was offered. No solution was offered. Unbelievable...

The location of the hotel was convenient, and the room was comfortable. They will clean the room everyday.

The front desk staff were extremely rude during check-in, questioning me simply because I postponed my reservation by one day. Although I clearly said I did not want breakfast, the hotel still charged me €110 for it at checkout. They falsely claimed the charge would be refunded within 48 hours, but when I followed up, they refused, saying it had already been “half a month” (though only 10 days had passed) and that they could not verify whether I had used the breakfast. This felt dishonest and misleading.

The lobby and buffet area look nice, as does the room.Although when entering the lobby, it does feel weird being greeted by multiple prominently placed vending machines and display cases with croissants at the main desk. IMHO, it conflicts with the expected presentation of a 4 star hotel and invokes the feeling of a high school cafeteria.

The hotel reception crew was very cold and interested. Don't expect a welcoming check-in.Also the size and variation of the breakfast buffet is very limited, especially if you consider the price. Absolutely not good value.Another disgusting trend I noticed is the lack of trash bags inside bins. Trash has to be collected as is and I don't think the cleaning crew does anything other than simply emptying. Very hygienic... Bring back the bags!In addition, the underground parking is dark and narrow and is NOT included in the price. Since there are no alternative public parking spots, just count an extra €19 per day. It would've been more customer friendly to include this in the room price IMHO.

I liked everything: very nice food and service at the restaurant/bar, excellent facilities and nice and polite staff

Beautiful, clean, modern, but a bit out of the way. A good value and a pleasant stay.

    8AgnèsPosted on: 6-30-2025

The room is very comfortable and we could easily fit with 3 people (two ados), there is a lot of choice for breakfast, easy access from a highway

The room to accommodate three people was not prepared (sofa bed made, additional towels, additional tea bag for example! ), but worst - the receptionist was very bothered when I asked for it, as if it was my problem not her. They billed me a cost of parking that I did not use. In sum, poor management and organization and unfriendly staff.

Personal was very good and friendly. We would like to tell especial thank to Anastasia. She was totally helpful, she was and is the friendliest person we have ever met. Meny, many thanks to her!

The hotel can be rated maximum as a three-star facility. The location is not very convinient, such a location would be good for a roadside motel to for the Hilton facility.

Spacy, quiet room ((101)but with too? little furniture for the size)Close to CORPUS (but far from city centre and other restaurants than at the hotel)Bus to Leiden C 2-3 x hour Clean roomConfortable bedsSelf-service kiosk in the lobby with some food and beverages

Seems to be a newly started hotel with less equipped rooms than expected for a Hilton hotel to be and some start up problems with service routeens:- No soap in the dispenser in the shower, had to use the shampoo- Kleenex box was empty- Too dark bathroom - No possibilities for making tea or coffee at all-No information folder in the room- Complicated wifi log in- Chilly in the end of April even if AC was on 30 degrees

Good room (we had a junior suite) with bed & sofa bed for kids. Good sized room, very good breakfast & staff were very helpful & friendly. For the breakfast they especially did a lot of checks for allergies for us with a lot of care. that was very nice of them. Location is reachable by bus / taxi (if with luggage & 3/4 folks - taxi will be as much as bus so better). Not far from Leiden central but can be a 30 mins walk for those who fancy that.

Nothing in particular to be honest.

    7PavloPosted on: 4-26-2025

Good restaurant, clean rooms, quiet at night

A lack of small household items, such as toothbrushes, slippers.bathrobes.Location is good if you with car, and a bit messy if on foot.

    9JuratePosted on: 4-26-2025

The room was very spacious and clean, as could also be seen in the booking image. Furthermore, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast provided a diverse variety of options for the guests.

There was some construction going on in the lobby area, but this was only apparent if you were situated in the lobby area. So the noise could not be heard from within your hotel room.
