Hotel was very clean and the restaurant was good. Enjoyed the proximity with the beach and the pool option.Game room / SPA were nice too.

No showers installed yet at the pool.

The pools were dirty. The pool next to the restaurant is too deep for most people. The tables in the restaurant are always dirty and sticky.

No appropriate access for disabilities (wheel chair). No access to the beach for wheelchair. The disabilities sunbeds for hotel quests was always unavailable as people with no mobility issues were sitting on them. Even people that were not hotel quests would stay on them being imposible for the person from group with disabilities to benefit. Staff was not helping. Overall not disabilities friendly but advertise as such. The pool was dirty, no lifeguard, extremely unsafe. No transport from airport.

The Luxury Hotel is beautiful, we booked a room with sea view and it was spectacular, the staff is professional and friendly, the facilities are nice and some of them are included in the room price, like the gym or the beach beds. The hotel's beach is large, not so crowded and clean. The new pool and surrounding area are impressive. We heard that the hotel is organising parties or dinners on the beach for the guests, that is nice.

The music is bad, present everywhere, very loud on the beach and in the pool area, you can hear it from the room with closed windows. The breakfast was ok but not so good as it was in previous years and very disturbing was that the quality was better in the second part of the week. Also you can't fill your plate by yourself from the buffet but you must stay like a beggar and wait for the staff to give you a piece of cheese. The service is poor because the staff is very young and inexperienced. Nobody taught them what to do, I felt quite bad about them.The chairs could have used a deep clean. Not related to the hotel: AVOID the restaurant for lunch or dinner at all costs!!! They brought us the appetisers and main courses at the same time, all cold, the pork steak was not freshly cooked, had at least 1 day because it was very dry and hard, the french fries were also cold with cheap parmesan on the top and undercooked. The mezze plate was even worse, big chunks of onion in eggplant salad and roe. The haloumi cheese was a disgrace, undercooked and with a fishy taste. The beef burger was okish. The main issue of the restaurant is that they are using very cheap ingredients and inexperienced staff. The prices are humongous if you are comparing with the quality of the food and services. Keep in mind that we stayed here last year and another 2 times in the past and each time the restaurant was the Achilees heel of this beautiful place.

Close to the beach, breakfast was good and the sauna was pretty nice. The room was quite large and had two big balconies.

Another pool is currently being built so our "sea view" was actually a view towards the workers building the pool, cutting, drilling and so on, not ideal. There was a large group staying there at the same time with us and restaurant employees kept trying to send us away from the main area of the restaurant saying that entire main area is reserved for the large group. Unfortunately the area they were sending us to was surprisingly dirty, check photos.The pool was also quite dirty, they had clearly given up on the current season (we went mid-September).

The location was really good, very close to the beach. I loved that they had a private beach area and the sunbeds were included in the price.The hotel had a lot of facilities and activities, like free bicycle renting and a game room.

At the breakfast buffet, because the sliding doors were open, there were a lot of flies around the food. The grout and the corners of the shower could have been cleaner.

It’s strange when you book for 3 persons that you receive on beach just 2 chairs en 2 towels.

No reservation possible for sunbeads, more real healthy food for kids would be a plus - including sesserts

The garbage bin in front of the property was full most timesc. Garbage was actually next to the bean and in front of the hotel as well. The private beach was not very clean either.

Great stay, first line to the sea! Kept the door opened all night and could hear the sea. Nice and comfy parent with jacuzzi. Excellent amenities, our kid just loved the jacuzzi :). The gym, sauna and salty room has been a very nice surprise and we have used it we during hot noon time when you can’t stay outside. Breakfast was ok; it served at the Nautic Sport Club just cross the street, but not in the hotel. Definitely, we’ll come back any time soon

The customer service was excellent, we were particularly impressed by the staff working in the restaurant area. Also, while this is a family location, and there were many children around, the general vibe was very nice and peaceful

Good hotel.. restaurant on the beach.. nice sunbeds and quite a lot of them, enough for all guests. Food is good. Entertainment for the kids.. playground.. all you need to have your child busy :)

I really really did not liked the club next to hotel with extreme loud music during the night. Not hotel's fault but quite unpleasant during the night

It was the same good stay we have had 3 years ago here, people here appreciate customers and take good care that they come back. We have had a great breakfast, nice and clean room every day sheets changed, towels, sauna within package and game room access, kids were delighted. We will come back again to this location that is so different than all other Romanian hotels in all the good ways. Thks for the stay ?

The hotel is located at the north part of Mamaia, its a family area, really quiet and nice.

Most of the staff in the hotel do not speak English, so if you dont know Romanian, you might have a bad time

The resort is excellent for children. The food is very good and with a lot of options, the kids menu is great. Also, having entertaiment for kids 4 times per week is a great idea.

I cannot find something that we didn't like.
