i provided payment credentials when booking the room so that my daughter, for whom the room was booked, would not have to pay on arrival-- however this was lost on the hoteliers and they charged my daughter the full amount. This was upsetting

Excellent location for travel on the Riviera, to work, to park. Very clean. Not a boutique hotel but a chain with best prices and cleanliness. Simple clean rooms.

Eventually a little more decor but that is not the purpose of this chain.

Getting to the Nice airport from this location. There was heavy traffic. Allow extra time.

Best ibis budget I’ve ever been (and I have been to a few). Spacious, bath tub, beautiful location with little garden. Staff friendly and very helpful. A+++++

Location was inconvenient/ No where to walk to....no restaurants or any dining options.

It is a budget hotel so I didn’t have too many expectations, but it was good for a budget hotel. The room was big and clean. My daughter loved the bunk bed. Bathroom was clean. The view was excellent. Close to the highway. There were a lot of free parking spots.

It was a bit challenging to get there the first place with the navigation systems. (Google.maps got lost… Apple.maps was fine) Hotel is on a hill.Air conditioning was leaking badly, it filled the floor with water.

The room was spatious, and the breakfast good value for money.

There was only one towel per person and no blanket or sheet for cover. There was one single duvet on the third single bed.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast and pet friendly. Parking on site and located close to the highway without being noisy. The reception staff even loaned me a kettle. Lovely outside area to sit for breakfast when the weather is good

Be aware that rooms on higher floors require you to use 2 elevators, one up to reception level and then another to the accommodation. No problem, but a surprise to me

I have been there more than ten times, so always a good value for money but they are increasing the prices and it won't be anymore a good choice.

I had two bookings. One of them I have cancelled during the free cancelling period. However they have charge me the first night of the second booking. They told me they would refund it but it didn't happened. Also booking.com didn't help on this situation. Absolutely unacceptable.

Fantastic and helpful staff who are available 24/7. They were always ready to answer questions, provide insight to the area, and help out with even the smallest thing. Easily the best customer service I've encountered in a long while.

The location is very remote, and it's hard to get around without resorting to using a taxi. Even though it's a budget hotel, the room is extremely sparse, the bed is hard and uncomfortable, and it feels like it's only one step above from just throwing a futon on the ground in storage room. The lighting was always dim, the furniture flimsy plastic, and it really was just a place where you stayed out as long as you could just so you didn't have to spend time in the room. If you only want a place to sleep, then this is it.

Located close to le Croisette, clean and tidy and breakfast was good.

No bar and slightly soft mattress.

Basic but clean and a good continental breakfast.

The bunk was above the double bed and so unusable for anyone other than a small child.
