Hotel Palazzo Novello

Beautiful, fabulous and clean property with lovely staff! Our stay was excellent, especially the breakfast. Parking was easy and free.

Beautiful and clean property with friendly staff and excellent breakfast!

The place is amazing, there is a nice garden with a small pool great for the kids, the parking is on city. The palace is very beautiful, we had an amazing room and felt very welcome with our kids and the dog :)

The ambient was very beautiful, and the room was unique and comfortable. Girls working in the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very diverse, and the quality of food was amazing. Every little detail in this hotel is very well designed. We came late, and check-in was very easy and well explained to us. There were enough parking spots in the yard. I highly recommend it, and we will come back for sure.

only thing that could have been better: there was only one pillow per person and a rather thin onewould recommend to ask for a second pillow

The owners, managers and staff are rightly proud of this masterpiece.Hotel Palazzo Novello is a a charming and luxurious residence that makes you feel like you are being entertained by royalty. Our room was designed and furnished to perfection, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. All the staff are courteous, proud and friendly. We were especially impressed by the 24-hour coffee making facilities. My wife and I were sad that we could not stay longer. A wonderful experience in every way.

We were on top floor so a bit of work to get the luggage to the room - but this comes with the territory of an older “character” hotel

The place its absolutely stunning. It’s all you imagined when you think of staying in a 400 years old Palazzo. Attention to the detail is impressive. Everything is designed so you feel like back in time. The staff is always there for you and they do a very good job. They also recommend you some restaurants in town and we had an amazing dinner experience. We’ll defo come back soon.

Breakfast was rich and high quality. The lady at the reception gave us very good suggestions for a dinner place.Of course I have to mention, that I got an upgrade... lucky us!

Some people still smoke (in general OK), but due to the place one could smell the smoke in the larger out-side room, where one can sit e.g. for breakfast.

Ben was very hard and had one pillow only. Parking options are limited at property and hard not to scratch your car

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful Palazzo Novello :)Everything was beautiful, decor, the atmosphere, we felt like we were in a real palace or a castle! The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely come back!

We asked for a vegan option for breakfast when we booked the room. Unfortunately we only got one croissant for the two of us.

Everything was perfect! This was a last minute pick that turned out to be our best stay yet. The room was impeccable, staff were super friendly and the entire property is stunning. On top of this there was a fantastic breakfast!

- Our rooms was in another area of hotel itself, please note; a lot of stairs and no elevator. - There was not that much to do around the hotel itself. It is a 15min walk to the village nearby.

A little out of the way of touristy places in a quiet town, but Sirmione was only 25mins drive.

It was faultless in our opinion.

The hotel is like in the pictures. Our room was large and comfortable and although the bathroom window went out to the street, it was also quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
