- I booked this hotel mainly to enjoy the wellness area, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The wellness facilities definitely need an upgrade. The room need an upgrade too and the bed was really not comfortable. Additionally, the economy rooms are located in a separate building quite far from the main complex, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling alone and during periods of low occupancy. The reception staff was unprofessional; they failed to mention that parking was not free, which I only discovered at checkout. They also seemed inattentive to my requests. However, I would like to highlight the restaurant staff, who were friendly and very helpful. Overall, the value for the price is poor, and I would not recommend this hotel.
