Breakfast wasn’t great. I paid for an alternative (scrambled eggs) almost inedible greasy and ready rubbery. Stick to pastries

As always the room was comfortable, quiet, clean.

I would like better choice of channels on TV

Staff in the restaurant was there for the food and drinks, not for the hotel.

Very affordable, but little parking nearby

My car broke down, so I missed my flight. I wrote two nights before to cancel and request a refund, and was told that was not possible. My colleague who did travel said he drove around the hostel for an hour looking for a parking spot. So I would say the only positive thing is that this place is cheap enough that you will not lose too much money if you cannot make it.

Was traveling 14 hours only needed a shower and a sleep payed 104 euro and there was no hot water asked stuff is there any chance there is another shower i can use or any solution answer was they cant help then when i asked some money back it was offered 4 euro wasnt freanybor helpful at all!

It was clean, practical and right next to the road. Easy if you just need a place to sleep when driving through.

There was no hot water. The shower and sink only had cold, and icecold.

Sat Nav directions could be better had to go do the slip road to get into the hotel

24/7 reception as we ran late and could check in at 2.00am only. It’s well located, clean and comfortable.

There’s no kettle to make hot drinks in the room.

The room was clean, good for an overnight stay on our way to Salzburg. The beds slept well. The location, next to the highway.

Expensive for what it was.

Good loation on the motorway just to sleep and get on with the rest if your journey. Window was facing a forest so it was very quiet.

After having a great experience at Serways Siegburg West hotel, we decided to book this one because we thought it would be the same.Looks bad and old. Didn't really feel comfortable and it didn't give us a welcoming feeling. I slept only because I drove for 14 hrs and was very tired.Initial room had a light that wasn't working so requested another one. No ceiling lights. Dust everywhere..it fell in my drink as it was dust on the lights on top of the side tables. The bathroom looked clean. Few dead instects found on the window sill.Beds were OK but the pillow was so small and thin I had to fold it to make use of it. There was also a holr in the bed sheet.Cleaner opened the door without knocking while my partner was having a shower. The bathroom door is made of semi-transparent glass and it also didn't close at all as the mechanism was broken. The ceiling light didn't work either.We didn't get any glasses in the room either so had to go and ask for some. Was given plastic cups but I insisted for glass ones.Hotel shop was very expensive. I wouldn't go again.

Firs of all I would like to thank you for the ladies at the check in, they were very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak German but they did speak a little English, this made the process much easier. The location is excellent, private parking at the hotel, service station next to the A3 autobahn. Rooms are very clean and very quiet so the good night sleep is guaranteed. Plenty of options for food at the service station. I will be back, that’s for sure. My favourite hotel if I’m travelling through Germany.

To be honest, if I really want to be picky usb charging points could be added to the rooms.

We booked as a stop-over on our journey north. No issues with room at the price we paid.

Could have done with an extra pillow, but no-one about to ask. Pretty much self-service.Stating there is a restaurant on site is stretching it a bit. Was a fast food operation and not what we were looking for.Luckily we were able to eat in the local town.
