Small but well equipped room with everything we needed. Excellent breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Check in supposed to be at 2PM, once we arrived (at 1:30PM) a staff member told us that due a problem with the room (no explanation) the check in has been delayed by 2 hours minimum. He gave no solution to us, we been forced to set up our stuff in the middle of the hall, changing our plan for the day.Since we couldn't wait two hours, given our previous commitments, we had to leave our bags there, without having seen the room first, and then reach the hotel at midnight.We were in Lille to go and watch a football match, so our intentions were to rest in the room, after the trip from england, and then reach the city center. The most disappointing thing was that no one thought to warn us of the problem before we arrived at the facility.The corridors leading to the rooms were an open construction site. In the morning the elevator was not working, and we had to reach the hall by stairs, which led to the first floor, where there were renovation works in progress, power cables without covering, all very dangerous.

The staff was great.The location was very convenient with couple of nice restaurants around, transport close and easy access with a car.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.

It's at intersection, a lot of noise during day and during night.

Room was clean and the block out blinds worked really well

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, pillows were also uncomfortable. Although a fan in provided, the room felt stuffy. The door to our bathroom couldn’t fully open because the bed was in the way. No fan in the bathroom meant that the room got really stuffy when the shower was running. It is a far location from Lille city centre and hard to get to via public transport.

Reception were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurants were available around. easy to get into the center by car.

Very comfortable. Used as a stopover. Excellent car parking. Didn’t have to drive through the city to get to.

They have wonderful staff, and the room is cleaned very well.

I wouldn’t say I don’t like, just the hotel style is a bit old fashioned, like stay in the movie from west US.

A lot of money for what it is. I appreciate they were probably cashing in on the rugby World Cup. Facilities very basic.

Staff were really helpful, room OK, shower great, quiet and well located for our needs

No tea or coffee in the room, had to go to reception.. Dated feel. Personally found bed too firm so did not sleep well. TV in room intermittent so only able to watch bits of the other rugby matches. Prices very high due to the rugby.
