B&B HOTEL Lille Villeneuve d'Ascq Grand Stade 3 étoiles

Absence de poubelle dans les chambres, l?alarme a sonn deux fois 5heures du matin et 8heures.?

Location and secure parking as well as excellent reception staff

It wasn’t a good location

It was cold and we couldn’t work out the thermostat

It’s ok for 1 night but not longer. The staff were nice and it's close to the stadium.

there were many things that made it unpleasant. Bad hygiene, not well equipped and noise at mid-night.

room, lobby, vending machines

Location is fantastic if you are visiting for a match. Underground car park is really convenient and clean too.

Couldn’t find a way to turn on the extraction fan in the bathroom but maybe it was just faulty.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. with a good shower. The bed was large and I slept well. Room was air conditioned.

I was on the late side for breakfast, that is 10am and there wasnt much left, no bacon and only a small portion of scrambled eggs, I had 2 small croissants , orange juice and a coffee.

The room, the staff and the pizza

The vending machinea didnt work, and my money was never send back to my card. :c... its a shame because besides this my stay was amazing.

Lovely staff and good size of room

Could be a little more clean

Our stay at B&B HOTEL Lille was pleasant overall. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials we needed. However, we found that the cleanliness could have been better, and we also had some difficulties finding entering to the parking, which was a bit inconvenient.Despite these points, it was still a good stay, and we would consider booking again.

Size of the room is was perfect for 3 of us :) everything was clean and fresh

There were no kettles in the rooms to make our early morning coffee

Great staff & location

Only issue for us was that the beds had thick duvets, the weather was warm and the aircon unable to chill the room sufficiently

room is nice, reception team fantastic, bed was good, shower was good, location is good.

breakfast very very weak, no fruits, as a vegan there was not even vegetable milk, and the fact that there was not fridge on the room.

So close to the stadium. We were at a concert there, so it was so great to have a two minute walk back to the hotel after.

A bit expensive

Location for the Decathlon Arena. A fair way in cab from Lille centre but ok.A few bars and restaurants close by. It is a short stay hotel.

I did think it was expensive but they had a captive market, room price day after the two concerts was one third, they changed the sign the next morning.Fair enough supply and demand all about the Arena events.

Close to the stadium Opening hoursGreat breakfast CleanBrilliant staff

No tea making facilities The price because of a concert

Clean Location Great staffGood breakfast

Price due to concert

Staff were friendly, polite and informative. The lobby area was pleasant, light and comfortable, easy lift access to my room (6th Floor). My room was nicely laid out, clean and comfortable including the bathroom which was spotless. Breakfast on the 1st floor was great, plenty of choice and the coffee was spot on.

It was a warm evening but localised outside noise (it didn't last long in fairness) prevented me from having the window open. But then the hotel is situated next to the stadium.

Location and cleanliness

Breakfast is too simple and no enough food for kids
