I had room 31. It was very dirty and NO fire detector!Spiders and spiderwebs everywhere.Dust all over the place. Black hairs on the sheets. And very bad beds. I didn't sleep. Bathroom was ok, besides the shower curtain was dirty and the showerhead keeps falling of the stand.Dirty cracks in the walls and floor. It was disgusting. I even saw a cockroach in the morning when I turned the lights on.We decided to leave without breakfast... If the rooms are like this, what would the kitchen be like... So no thank you for the breakfast.For 49€ it's not worth it. The rooms are refurbished by a clumsy handyman I think. In the pictures it looks ok, but if you look closely...The room is very small and the toilet too. But I didn't mind that for that price. But a clean room is the minimum requirement!! Never again will I stay here. ?????

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was simple and basic but good, the rooms were clean, and the parking was free.The only negative point, if I really had to mention one, is that the room was cold. Other than that, I have no complaints!I would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

We did not get into our room and no one answered the phone do we were stranded in the middle of the night

No one to interact of talk to.the was only one phone number to connect, no reception, no cleaning in my 7 days stay..no one even to was utensils..

Quiet place, close to Duesseldorf Messe and had a room available

No personnel on site, entrance via code did not work, waited outside for about 20 minutes, friendly attempt to help by phone, but did not work. Finally got in through other guests who already a key (and said when they arrived, they had the same issue)

A bit noisy due to the "basement" concrete feeling The doors slammed and we could hear very well through the walls.

Well, the people was very nice and helpful. However the price for the hotel in relation to the offer (old bathroom), unconfortable beds and carparks difficulties is unacceptable.

The hotel must be renovated, if the owners would like to charge 170 EUR/night per double room without breakfast.

Nice, spacious rooms. There is parking just outside the building. The management team was absolutely great and so accomodating! They didn't charge us for a dog which we brought with us (it was a lovely bonus). We also got a room that we have requested. Overall, we thought it was a great value for money especially if you are travelling with a pet.
