The available options for the breakfast does not match the price you pay. Basically its just too expensive for a few options to choose from for breakfast

Only Artisan beer or Belgian, too strong! Bar closed at 11.00 p.m. disgraceful for a good standard Hotel, but this is the same in all Accord Hotels, very poor.

Could have been a litle cleaner - around the skirtings in the bathroom etc. Also found a used hand towel under our bedroom curtain - but the cleaner removed it swifty when we told her.

Waited about 15min to get ahold of the reception. After I got them on the phone they we’re supposed to come and help but didn’t so we had to go down again ourselves

Beautiful interior, friendly staff, playroom for kids, excellent breakfast, comfortable and clean room, free parking area, fitness room and Finnish sauna. We really enjoyed our stay!

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed, the shower gel was lovely and the room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located for the tram.

There wasn’t enough tea, coffee and milk supplies in the room. The breakfast was too expensive.

What made this place was the great staff, all so friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel spaces were well designed, all high quality furnishings and beautifully designed. The room was very nice, great shower and very clean.

Wish we had stayed longer!!
