The restaurant & bar were closed. If I had known before I booked I would have went elsewhere. Very disappointed and not acceptable.

Rooms could do with a bit of a freshen up

The room needed some work. Doors were sticking on the floor. The light bulb for the desk was out. No drawers for small clothing.

For the price it was a 10/10.Room was spacious and shower fantastic.Friendly receptionist, even though it was 1am when we arrived.

People that moan about budget hotels like they're judging them against The Ritz!

.The breakfast was very nice and also the coffee.It had a nice bar too.Bed was comfortable.Lovely hot water in the shower and a nice big shower tray.

When I arrived the. room was very cold. I was given another electric heater but you ca't leave that on all the time and when that gets turned off the room was cold again.There was mould in the bedroom wall behind the door which is where you sleep and some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom

So incredibly noisy! Walls are made of carton. Noise during the entire night. Impossible to sleep.

The room was spacious and the bed was not uncomfortable.

The rooms (I asked to change the first time and both had the same issue) had a strong stench of tobacco even though it was marked that they were non smoking. The sheets also smelled strongly of tobacco. The shower cabinet was horrible, water came off the cabin and got the whole toilet floor wet. The employee that checked us in was not surprised by the stench of tobacco nor she apologized properly. She did however gave me another room quite quickly, so I give her that. Yet still, her indifference to the fact that it was almost unbearable to sleep in both rooms we tried was astonishing. Additionally, one of the reasons why we rented that room was the existence of an electric car charging station, which was not working at all, so be aware of that.

Brilliant- private entry to each room like little apartments. Plenty of space, great amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. Parking right outside, which is incredibly helpful for disabled access. We've stayed in many hotels at different price points, but this was our best nights sleep in any of them!

The only negative was the grout in a couple of areas in the spacious shower room was a bit grotty. It didn't put us off using the room at all though.

It was clean, good location, not far from a big shopping centre and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff.

The ac doesn't go cold enough, and windows don't close properly, we use the rolling windows down for security purposes. The noise traveled a lot between apt.

We had to change room as the window was broken open and it was not warm enough to sleep open window!

very unpolite staff, not possible to get correct invoice , job required to book extra although twice visit to reception, key did not work, unclean bathroom, dirt coming out of the bathtub when opening water, toilet noize all the time

Taxis were expensive into Lille. Nobody mentioned it but the tram over the other side of the road is just as quick and cheap.
