The two girls at the hotel bar were very nice. The people from the front desk were also very friendly! The hotel Is beautifully redone and cute. Good food. Great job.

not really but it would be nice if the rooms had some sort of cups for drinking water or to use in the bathroom when brushing your teeth.

Location to airport. Breakfast room and food choices nice.

Thought it was walkable from the airport, but was not.

Arriving late where I didn't get to enjoy the place and neighbourhood as much. Not Ibis's fault.

The breakfast was good, and the location as well but there was a lot of construction and the roads were closed which made it extremely difficult to find the place. Almost missed my flight trying get an uber to take me to the airport.

Since there is a lot of construction and roads are closed maybe orient it the customer how the taxi or uber a little easier

Bathroom and shower is like a pod inside the room. Shower area is pretty slippery.

Construction blocking the building entrance. No USB plugs in the room. At least one Light needs to be dedicated to the wall switch near the entry door.

It was very basic but it was charming in a way . It was clean which is very important .

Conveniently located for airport. Metro station is a short walk away and it is very easy to reach the city centre.

Roadwork makes it impossible for taxis to drive up to the hotel. On the way from the airport the taxi driver left me in the middle of the night next to a narrow walkway that was very dark and didn’t feel very safe. Hotel was 2-3 minute walk but it was late at night. I asked to be taken to the gas station (which is closer) but he refused. On the way back to the airport, taxi driver came on foot to meet me at reception, which was much better. Neither taxi driver put on their meter and I was asked to pay €15 on the way to the hotel and 10 on the way to the airport.The room had a strong smell of stale smoke. When I got to the room, i could smell some kind of spray that must have been used to cover the smell, but the smell became very evident soon after and I couldn’t get rid of it even with the open window.Breakfast was decent, but not very plentiful or varied.

Location is really close to the airport, 15 min walk to the terminal, there is lidl, supermercado, metro and bus stop to the city center right next to it. Decent choice in the breakfast buffet. 24 hour service, buffet starts at 430 am, which is a great help before the flight.

No usb sockets, no spare charges (you could buy one for 25$ at the local shop, but for a short trip not worth it). No kettle, no fridge, no safe. At the moment the place around is really dug up because a new arm of the road is being fixed, hard to find what's where, new bus route not showing on map either. Totally not at hotels fault, I know.

No A/c in room. It was hot and uncomfortable.

Standard IBIS thing - honest 3 stars, clean, comfy enough, super helpful staff, overall no surprises, modest everything but definitely worth the money.

Location is a kind of worrisome nowadays - road construction works all around, pathway to the airport need guidance - ask reception before you go, maps won’t help.

Hotel is conveniently located near the airport but very difficult to access by car due to road construction which was not mentioned to guests.

Ibis hotels are always on the spartan side, but this hotel brought it to a new level. There were no hand towels nor were there cups (glass, plastic or cardboard) in the room to facilitate taking medications. The air conditioning was turned off/nonfunctional requiring the hall door to be opened to get some cooler air into the room. Because our taxi could not access the hotel we were required to drag our luggage through and behind a gas station to get to the hotel’s front door.
