Hotel M5 Valencia Aeropuerto

It was close to the airport. That was its only virtue.

I was charged nearly 200 euros for a terrible room surrounded by abandoned warehouses. It was difficult to convince a taxi to pick me up to take me to the airport. There was nobody at the desk, the blinds didn't close, the shower curtain fell down, there was no soap or shampoo, the bed was terrible, and there was no chain on the door. The only source of food was a vending machine which had beer and soda. I now see that the normal price is under 50 euros, but they quadrupled it because of demand for hotels.

The female staff members were helpful. It is close to airport, but unfortunately due to road work it’s extremely confusing to access the airport

Area is EXTREMELY INDUSTRIAL…. Eateries pretty much close up by 18:00 when area workers are done with their work day. Trying to find a location for dinner is next to impossible. No food available at hotel other than a vending machine.

Great location if you have an early flight out of Valencia. The area may be deceiving but it was quite a pleasant experience (plus there is a wonderful noodle bar right next to it)

We like the bed. It was very comfy bed.

The hotel is in a far away area where the access it is not the best. If you don't have a car it is not recommendable. Also, we missed to have a kettle do be able to make some tea or coffee.

Very good for one night stay. China town. Hotel is 20 min away from airport..

The staff was friendly and the location was close to the airport. Also, the room was spacious.

There were a lot of noises during the night. I understand that it is an aeroport hotel and people come and go, but the walls are so thin that you can hear every step from the hall. It was very hard to have a good sleep before my flight. Aslo, the bedsheets had a strange smell and they were very thin. I can say that the facilities reflect the price, but if you want to rest before your flight it may be difficult.

There are no decent restaurants nor grocery shops around at all.It's a strange neighborhood with only wholesale asian brands and shops.

It was pretty much what I expected. Got in late after 12:00. The key was in the key box I had to go back and read the instructions again in order to make that work but it did work. The desk is not always manned by English speakers but I'm in Spain and don't speak Spanish so that's on me. The area is mostly industrial and populated by Chinese entrepreneurs. Once again nothing wrong with that it's all just a little bit different. But overall not a bad experience. For the price it is what I needed. The Metro was a reasonable walk away.

Rooms were nice and spacious

Bedbugs. All over the room, on the light switches and the walls. In the beds. Everywhere bed bugs.

The personnel was very kind and helpful. Although it wasn't easy moment, they tried to help as much as they could.

On the one hand the location is perfect because very close to the airport, so the hotel is perfect if you have a long stepover but on the other hand the surroundings are not very nice as there is not many things to do, no supermarkets, no restaurants and it's quite difficult to get there: if you don't take the taxi, yo have to walk quite a lot with your suitcases.

Comfortable and cheap.

Staff is not existent, very difficult to get in contact with. Someone was really helpful, but the first number we reached (reception) was not very helpful. Also, people reported bed bugs in the past comments, which made us scared. Nothing to be seen on our journey luckily.

Don’t book!!!Window was broken. The smell in the room was awful and the worst: they have bed bugs!

The price, although it seems high after staying there. The air conditioner worked well.

Smelled like cigarette smoke and finding the entrance was a bit tricky for taxi driver.

It’s in a good location if you need to stay a night before or after a flight. About 20 minute walk from the airport google says 30 but it’s not that much.

The location, feels unsafe and like a jail… NO taxi service available at 5am which was a serious problem. I will not recommend it for a lady travelling on her own…

Lack of a few simple items in room. A glass or plastic cup.

The fact that the staff was being available and tried to help. Unfortunately some of them don't speak English. I tried to explain to them the problems of the room, but it was not possible.

The location was in a dangerous neiborhood and even if it seems close to the airport you need to take a taxi. The broken bidet.

We booked 2 rooms and 1 smelt so bad of cigarettes we couldn't use it. It also said it was 1 mile from the airport which is another lie and when you get in a taxi it cost 18€
