SPREE Hotel in der Altstadt

The staff were extremely helpful and even went out of their way to celebrate my partner's birthday at breakfast. The location of the hotel was fantastic and the room was spacious and clean. I would visit again.

I only stayed for 1 night, my experience here was beyond expectation. Smooth check in and the staff offered to help me carry my luggage up to my room (no elevator). The room is elegantly decorated, spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional, the gentleman working breakfast shift was polite and attentive. Overall, this is a 10 out of 10 stay, I highly recommend.

Amazing and made with love interiors, such an old city atmosphere! The location is also in the middle of the city and a 2 minute walk to all the main canals. Stuff is also very friendly and helpful! We loved it there very much and will definitely be back.

Great stay! Perfect location, very nice staff, very clean. The breakfast was superb. Pillow menu is also included :-) The Lineöl at the and was a nice surprise :-)

Good location and a decent breakfast.

Booked the expensive hotel on the basis of the air conditioning but it wasn’t working. It wasn’t a surprise to the staff so we feel we were miss sold the room and ripped off. It was over 30 degrees outside and not much cooler inside.

Location, right in the middle of old town, with good parking, but very quiet. Staff very helpful (apart from one). Breakfast excellent. Bedroom and bathroom both spacious and modern

Airing and shower directly next to bed, airing took about 20 min to go off again. Very loud when you would like to sleep

I want to say that they are great people from all points of view and the location and the breakfast are a dream!As a parenthesis, which has nothing to do with the comment above, is the fact that I left my jacket at the reception and they sent it by courier directly to my home (I would have wanted to pay for the shipping but they they sent it for free!)We will definitely come back!!!

Everything was OK !

Location was really good. Room was clean and stuff gave us gift after check out. Staff was friendly. Wifi was fast, even netflix was available.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. Very tastefully and wittily decorated. Super clean. Great breakfast. A big thank you to the receptionist Nikita who was very helpful and efficient.

Breakfast was great. Drinking water supply was a problem. 9EUR for a bottle of water seems excessive.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was nice and the beds were comfortable, the staff was super nice and helpful.

This is a charming little hotel. They have bikes available to rent. The area gets few American tourists and very little English is spoken. That being said, everyone was friendly and helpful and we were able to easily make our way around town.

Amazing breakfast served at the hotel lobby. A very cozy and comfortable restaurant on the hotel ground-floor. There was a selection of local delicacies which we found delicious and unique. The room we stayed in was big and comfortable, the room and the bathroom were spotlessly cleaned.

It would’ve been nice to know that there’s no elevator as we were traveling with a pram.

The room was s different layout but very comfortable and recently renovated.

The shower looked as if it might flood the floor but it didn’t and worked well!
