Great hotel attached to wonderful family pool with a wellness area. Great for pairs, or families with young kids. Hotel is modern and our room had a well appointed kitchenette and a bunk bed with a penguin mural.

the food offered in the hotel restaurant is okay, but expensive for the selection. you have to make reservations for dinner or breakfast.

Best hotel ever. Once I stayed here I knew that I could come again. Me and my family come back to hotel every now and then because my child loves this hotel and swiming pool.

Check out time is a bit too early and then thus the time of swiming pool which is bonded to the hotel stay is also too short..!!!! (of course you can buy discounted ticket from the hotel tho..!)

Nice hote, with great atraction for kids and older peoples. Nice swimming pool insite and outsite. Great sauna place which supriced me. Various places to take relax. The breakfast various and delicious.

One minus. Lack of english information in sauna place. Lack of tea and coffee in the room.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise - a budget-friendly gem only a little away from the 'old town'. The hotel itself is modest but exceptionally clean, cosy, and welcoming. The courtyard is a wonderful spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. Their extra effort made our holiday great, and it was my best 'customer service' experience in Germany.The rooms are basic but very comfortable, with pleasant interior decoration touches and amazing morning light from the balcony. The beds were comfy, and the sheets clean and soft.The pool is fantastic, well-laid out, and the night swimming with the penguins was a summer highlight. Having bathing gowns provided and a tunnel over the road for quick pool access was a huge plus.Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations and provided a memorable, family-friendly stay.

The restaurant food was shockingly poor, a stark contrast to the otherwise fantastic hotel.Breakfast was a consistent disappointment, featuring rubbery, bland scrambled eggs, flavorless fruit, overcooked meats, and half-raw pancakes with watery lumps of flour soaking in grease. The room-temperature, watered-down "fruit juice" dispensed from an iPad and the stale, two-day-old bread rolls only added insult to injury. It was a complete joke, and the young staff's lack of surprise or interest hinted that this was the norm. A standard 'continental breakfast' should not be this challenging in a hotel this good.The food at the pool managed to be even worse, offering cheap, tasteless junk languishing under a heat lamp for hours. It was very frustrating being forced to pay exorbitant prices for subpar, possibly supermarket quality food. I found myself having to stop my children from consuming it at times, and my son even fell ill on our departure day, potentially due to the breakfast.Try the 'cheap and cheerful' Dominos pizza across the road. Their €9 NY Deli pizza was five-stars in comparison and one quarter the price.

The hotel is next to the water park with direct access to the pools. The room was big and had good facilities. Very clean and confortable and a large balcony with the view towards the field which was really nice, especially in the morning.

There is no A/C. The only place with A/C was the reception. We were roasting all night and I could barely get some sleep. Also they did not offered us towels until we had access to the room and there was only 1 towel for water park for one adult and 3 children. It is way overpriced for what you get.

Great Hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, awesome shower and cute wallpaper on the bunk beds. The TV rotated to face the sofa or the bed. We loved the access to the wellness centre and seeing the penguins. Free parking.

Breakfast has to be booked in 1 hr slots and was very busy (but selection was good).

Everything child friendly, even a stool in the bathroom![

Public transport is a mystery and hard to understand- even staff couldn't confidently guide us, but that's not their fault.

The place is good, the room is suitable for families. The swimming pool and sauna area are included in the price.

Not a deal breaker, but I booked just for one night and the check-in was around 15:00 and checkout 10:30.The staff offered to enter the swimming area earlier though, which was good.

it was our second time here and i can say that not last. amazing apartment (beautifuly furnished), the best breakfast i ever have at our vacation, kids enjoy the pool

Swimming pool, location and apartment with all utensils etc needed. Lots of space and child's bed gave privacy. Entrance to pool via walkway was great too.

2 mattresses pushed together to make a double bed (this doesn't happen in the UK) and pillows gave no support.

Staff was very nice and kind. Rooms are very nice and has a good size.

Most employees don't speak English.The price of the room dropped quite significantly after we booked which is upsetting.

In one of the bathrobes, there were bread crumbs in the pocket, apparently someone used this bathrobe before us, it was very unpleasant. The breakfast hostess girl was not very friendly and kind

all the things were great when we visit there! the room was so clean and all the staffs were kind!

when I called to ask some questions, the staff said she wasn’t able to speak English. At least I expected to have call with her colleague who can speak English. But the call was ended without further conversation. This is quite strange and frustrating me. I hope that the staff can hand over the call to her colleague next time.

To swim with Penguins, this adventure pool is so much fun to see the Penguins. Our daughter was so excited.

We booked earlier. but we found the winter discount either from the Hotel website or Booking.com. I think that we should get the difference in price from Booking.com. (Booking.com should tell us automatically).If not, I will book from the official website next time.

Really nice hotel. clean and well decorated. The waterpark is so much fun also for adults. The breakfast was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel room was lovely comfortable and clean. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was there. From handtowels to bathrobes. Direct access to swim and sauna.

Unfortunately we wanted to take part in the feeding of the penguins. And believed we could book when we arrive. As our estimated arrival time was half an hour before the feeding time. And thought we would miss it. We didn't. But we're told to book online. Unfortunately this was also to late for the next day or even a few days after. Was just poor timing. In future we know to book before we arrive. Would have been the highlight of our trip away. The price for Abendessen was a little over the top for the choice of buffet.

Family friendly down to the smallest details! The service was wonderful and the facilities sparkling clean. Best hotel breakfast we have had in a while. The kids loved it and we loved it! 5 stars.

The only thing that we missed was yea and coffee in the rooms. But this was really a minor detail.

The rooms were huge and the bunk bed was very child friendly yet gave the parents around the corner plenty of privacy. They even thought of a thick curtain around the kids bunk bed to make them sleep longer in the morning!
