The location is very good and convenient. The room was kept impeccably clean throughout the entire stay, which we really appreciated. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful at all times, always willing to assist and with a genuinely good attitude. We also appreciated a very thoughtful detail on December 31st, when they brought us grapes, which was a lovely gesture and made us feel well taken care of.

There were no proper toiletries provided. For three guests staying six days, the amenities offered were clearly insufficient: only two small soap bars, three disposable paper cups, and an all-in-one soap, shampoo, and conditioner product. At a minimum, basic items such as toothpaste should be included. The walls are very thin, and noise was an issue, especially as we were staying on the first floor with the restaurant located directly above us on the second floor, which made it difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast also lacked variety, as it was essentially the same every day (eggs, bacon, cheese, and bread). After several days, we decided not to have breakfast there due to the repetition. Parking was another difficulty, although this seems to be a broader issue in the country rather than solely the property’s responsibility.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The property is in a good location at the very top of the shopping street area. If you want a relaxed time and not be in the center this is the place to stay. Transportation was no problem, there was either a taxi or Uber available to go anywhere in the city. The rooms are modern and clean and warm in the winter. Thank you very much.

Affordable and good price for a night's stay. Honestly can't give a fair assessment because of external factors. However, the shower pressure was good, the bed was soft, the outlets were near the head of the bed.

None of the staff spoke English, parking was full so not able to be used even when it's supposed to be included, and there was no view out the window.

Location is excellent, close to amenities and hiking trail. Accessible to tourist spots. Staff were also nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent (excellent for the European side of the family, not satisfying for the Asian side of the family).

The location is great. The room was comfortable and big enought. The breakfast was also great.

We did book the hotel after filtering by hotels with parking, but then we got there and we realized that the parking is paid (11euros), and its quite limited spots. They gave us a discount for the public parking close to the hotel, but anyway it gets expensive at the end of the day.We also filtered by hotels with restaurant, and when we got there we realized that its a breakfast restaurant (not open for dinner).

Floor is dusty and hairy.No separate table for eating snacks(at least one small table). TV should have at least mirracast or mirroring option so you can watch movies from your phone( because TV is old) while you are resting.

Very friendly and understanding staff! Breakfast area is decent, had everything you need for breakfast. Room view, if towards the street - is great, can see mountains! Bed mattress is optimal, not too soft. Main street start is 5 minutes away, closest supermarket also close by. Room street sound insulation is okay, considering there are cars roaming almost non stop. Room is well equipped.

Unknowingly we stayed during school skii holidays, there were many schoolchildren running around like elephants, but not after 23:00 an there were no "parties", so it was bearable. Due to same reason breakfast area was filled with people for 30 minutes at a time, unfortunately food diversity was impacted by this (pancakes or donuts were simply not offered during these children days, and I adore pancakes). Hallway side wall is rather thin. Parking in the area is a challenge, as anywhere in Andorra (didn't use hotel parking).

It's a nice hotel located 5 min walk from the main street of Andorra la Vella and famous Caldea Spa. Room is quite big and spacious, staff was really nice to us and breakfast wasn't bad.

The hotel was fine. Comfortable and clean with friendly, professional staff. The location was just off the main shopping street which meant it was peaceful.

Parking can be a problem.

The area and aircon was very noisy. Will not recommend the car park for larger cars. But there’s a great one just in front of the hotel.
