Good breakfast, good value for money, quiet

Nice and quiet room, clean big room, good Wifi, nice shower, very good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff (especially the waiters (Juan Carlos and Yovana). Excellent location. It was our second time staying at this hotel. The next time we will stay here again.

Big room in a quiet part of town. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Only thing to note is that the gym is open during select hours.

We took a family room, which was quite expensive. Our view was to the next door building. We had to remain with the curtains closed our entire stay.

The staff at the hotel were extremely Friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants

Parking is a little difficult,if you dont get a place at the hotel parking . I was able to book my parking but not my friends could not and parking in the city is a challenge. I would recommend booking hotel parking in advance

My recent two-night stay at the Exe Prisma Hotel in Andorra la Vella, from June 25th to 27th, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was incredibly impressed, and the hotel truly exceeded my expectations for a summer getaway in Andorra.

The restaurant was a flat fee buffet at 14 euros per person. We quite frequently wanted a small pastry and a coffee, so we went elsewhere.

Property was centrally located. The room size was ok.

Bathrooms in smaller suites were really small and uncomfortable to shower in. The shower did not have h/c water indicators and I almost burned myself trying to adjust the water temparature. The design is very poor and inadequate.

We enjoyed our stay with exe Prisma. Good response to emails. Very convenient locationQuiet, comfortable beds, cleanI'd be happy to stay there again

Great breakfast, location. Really spacious family rooms with a separate bedroom and bathroom for kids.

A bit expensive parking

The hotel is really central, a great spot for exploring the city and the country. I was worried a bit around the parking situation reading other comments but we were with a small SUV and had a designated spot on level -4 and really isn't an issue. Sure the parking requires a bit of focus but it's really convenient to be able to just go from the room to the car with an elevator. Overall I highly recommend it, especially the family room was great with a dedicated room for kids with bunk beds in it.

We stayed in a deluxe room - incredibly spacious and comfortable, with the bonus of two bathrooms. The hotel has a luxury feel throughout. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff even made eggs to order (sunny side up!), which was a lovely touch.

The room got a bit warm during the day (as temperatures in the area rise), but opening the windows helped. The shower also leaked slightly, which may need attention.More importantly, after booking, I received several phishing messages via WhatsApp that included my name, phone number, hotel name, and incorrect stay dates, claiming there was a problem with the payment and asking me to pay in advance. While this is clearly unrelated to the service during the stay, I strongly recommend that hotel management investigate how guest information might be reaching scammers.

Very clean, nice staff.

Car parking narrow - difficult in a bigger car. Breakfast not as good as we expected from other reviews, but in itself it was fine.

Comfortable room, there were two, I was in a group of six, and there were two bathrooms in the rooms. Great service, good food with variety.

There was no space in the garage, so we had to park the car in a nearby garage. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, and it was already past the check-in time.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast was quite good (except for the lack of veggies).

THE HOTEL DATABASE IS HACKED! As soon as I booked the hotel I started receiving spam phising attempts from "PRISMA". After I did the check-in the phising attepts became more personal with my name included. I informed the hotel and they did not seem to care. I am currently constantly receiving numerous phising messages causing me a great stress because of the hotel negligence. I'm attaching pictures as proof. They are only a few of the deluge I received.Don't use the hotel parking because it is very narrow and if you are allocated to level -4, on a busy day, can take you more than half an hour to get out, hopefully without scratches on the car.

What we enjoyed is location, size and configuration of the room, room cleaning. Service at the breakfast was very poor, and the staff was rude, food average and same every day. We had paid parking in the hotel. The space there was very limited.
