Affordable and near an interesting hot spring area of the town.

It is a normal backpacker hostel, somewhat classic. Nothing bad about it.

Great location and good value. Very well organized with refrigeration bins and cabinets for kitchen use and extra large storage lockers in the room.

The kitchen facilities are a bit tricky because one kitchen is so small (one person can fit) and the upstairs kitchen has little sitting (except outside if the weather allows).

Everything was great! The staff are so nice and helpful. I like the fridge setup...your own plastic container. I really enjoyed my stay. loved the light and shelf in the bed.

The staff were amazing, they were really helpful and nice! They're helping every guest with recommendations about Andorra. Also, they let you take a shower and eat after your check-out, which is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean!

It's a bit far from downtown, but since the city is small it's not a big deal. The wi-fi was not working well at my bed, and the bathroom was tiny, not very good with u wanna dress up after your shower (since it's a mixed shared bathroom).

Very good location close to the center and shops. I like this area better than the center. Very nice terrace with beautiful views.

They close the terrace at midnight.

This hostel seems to be the only budget accommodation in Andorra. Despite its low price, it is a very clean and well-suited place. There are two small kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, and a terrace with an amazing view. It’s located at the end of the main walking street, so the walk from the bus station is a bit long, but once you arrive, you’ll be right in the center of everything.A big thanks to the staff—they are very nice and accommodating. They guide you through the hostel and check regularly to make sure everything is okay. The guests staying there were also very respectful. I don’t remember the last time I slept so well and uninterrupted in a dormitory.

The hostel is situated on the embankment of a mountain river, which can be quite loud, especially during rainy weather. However, this didn’t bother me as I used earplugs.

The owner is fortunate to have a staff like Huan. He was very hardworking, helpful and friendly that made me had a great stay here.Only complain is bed lights are too bright

Most importantly-very friendly and open-minded staff. I didn't have much questions and didn't need much help during my stay, but the staff made my short stay greater with their friendly attitude. So for those, who stay for longer time, you will enjoy it. There is a small kitchen and wide place to hang out and have your meal on first floor. The locker size is truly amazing, never seen such big lockers anywhere

All. The staff was very cool and helpful ! The recepcionist and the space in the entrance of this hostel was an amazing atmosphere to talk and interactive with other people. I would like to highlight how kind Marco, Paula and Marcelo were with me. I really deligthed with my stay in this hostel and I definily suggest it to the next travelers. In addition, bed were confortable and all people respect the hostel's rules.

There was a bed to spend the night.

This hostel is not for the traveler, there are many people living there permanently, everything is very tight in a very reduced space, there is not room for anything, people are just in touch with each other. There is a dining room/ common room very uncomfortable. The place is cold, there is not a normal heating system, it is like being inside a refrigerator. It is difficult to find the place since the instructions say S/N (it is the #15). The rooms are ok. A very small kitchen just for one person. No place to keep the groceries, everything is taken by the people who live there.

The staff and helpfulness. I was on a bikepacking tour and the guys from Alberg Els Andes provided an indoor place for my bicycle. Also the other guests were nice and everyone was so friendly with eachother.

The price in comparison with other hostels I have been was pretty high for what you get. Probably because Andorra capital is just more expensive. The bedrooms, toilets, showers and kitchen are cheap quality but not bad. It is alright to stay there and would definitely recommend this place.

They are very warm and friendly. I stayed in new year and they invited me to their party full of food and drinks. ? It was great.

The doors to the rooms don’t lock, but are just slide open doors. It’s about 30 mins walk from the central bus station
