Pros +
- The restaurant associated with the hotel and across the street from the check-in area was good. The hotel is close to the busy city area and shopping if that's what a guest is looking for.
- The hotel is very well located
- New, nice and clean. Walking distance from the city center. Has a pizzeria, probably form the same owner, next door. Good breakfast buffet,
Cons -
- I was disappointed with the hotel. It was ridiculously hot even with the heat completely off. When I entered the room it was set to 28 degrees C. There was no fan setting available, and the only way to cool the room was to keep opening and shutting the window. Breakfast was very disappointing - the only hot items were some bacon and sausage. There was cold meat and cheese and some pastries. The coffee machine was just coffee and wasn't very good; no milk-based drinks. Hot milk was in a separate container. The walls of the room were very beat up and marked up, as was the hallway. The harsh fluorescent lighting was unpleasant. There was no coffee maker or kettle. When checking out the hotel internet wasn't working, and they couldn't provide me with a final invoice - I had to just leave and have them bill my credit card later. The staff didn't respond to a message I sent through booking.com in advance to ask about the parking. Parking was a very expensive 20 Euros/day for a tiny garage that was extremely difficult to park in. The walls and floor/ceiling seem very thin as far as noise - I had a connecting room that seemed to gave one thin door and could hear conversations next door and the chair scraping above.
- The sound insulation of the rooms is extremely poor. From inside the room, we could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the corridor, and even voices coming from rooms downstairs and from rooms far away.
- Parking and bringing our dog added an extra 40% to our bill. The parking garage is very tight.

The location The roomThe breakfast Friendly staffCleanness
A little too warm inside compared to outside temperature... couldn't find a way to lower temperature in the room. Also would be a plus to have smart TVs to connect your Netflix.
Great location, friendly staff, really nice breakfast selection of pastries, meat, and eggs, probably the nicest hotel shower I’ve used in years
Some scuffs on the wall could probably use a coat of paint, but otherwise incredibly clean place
The location is very close the shopping street. The breakfast has decent choices and variety. The size of the room is fine, even enough for a solo traveler. i like the balcony that overlooking the street. Staff are helpful.
room is not soundproof enough that you can hear the people from the other room. Other than this, it was a very good choice.
Great value for money. The hotel is right on the shopping street. The room was clean. I would choose again this hotel.
Lights need to be on during the day due to dark glasses on the balcony door.
Location, modern decor, great breakfast.
The free breakfast buffet was very nice.
The single rooms were quite small, but clean and modern.
Everything from cleanliness to room facilities to location, even room design.
Wonderful location right on the main shopping street. It is close to restaurants, parking and the Caldea Thermal Spa. They offer a pretty complete breakfast as well, although mostly cold options (breads, meats, cheese, pastries and fruit) to eat.
There was no real "safe" in the room, just a strong box that operated with a physical key. You have to request the key at the front desk.
Nice room, breakfast had lots of options. Great location.
A little hard to find the hotel.
Location, price. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned each day.
Staff really didn't show any interest in their jobs. Seemed like we were disturbing them when we arrived. Our room was 316. Good for one person. If two people one person and their suitcase gets stuck under a slanted wall.
Excellent location if you want to shop. Front desk staff excellent, helpful and very friendly.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the mattress was a bit hard. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.
Beautiful and great location.
We couldn’t adjust the temperature inside the room and it was very hot – uncomfortably hot overnight
Plenty of duty free shopping. Multitude of dinning options within walking distance.Super modern bathroom. Very clean. High quality breakfast.Underground hotel parking worth 20 Euro. Very helpful staff.
Nothing I can think of
It is located directly on the main shopping street, has it's own garage (a bit tricky approach), generally OK place to stay
breakfast was OK but all other hotels on this trip had a better one
Our second visit. It’s central and convenient for the town centre. I had changed our dates and that process was easy and without hassle.
the location is top notch and there is even parking available. but the room is pretty basic but the value for money is good.
the beds are not comfortable and they are light, which can make them turn over. breakfast is full of carbs but no vegetables of any kind.
I am extremely happy with my choice of stay in Andorra. The staff was helpful telling me bus schedules and information I requested. The room was bigh enough, good big shower, the view from my window was cute giving to a mountain. The breakfast was good and with plenty options. The area is also great. In a main street filled with shops and restaurants. Good WiFi too so perfect for a remote work location because you can jump from a meeting to a restaurant in no time
