Great staff, very nice and welcoming. Helped with all our requests. The bar and restaurant were also great. Nice design and planty of seating areas to chill. We lived in Leimen for 2.5 years and I always wanted to try this hotel. I was happy to have this opportunity of 3 night stay. We had a big room with a big bath tab which was really nice after long days. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high quality hotel in Heidelberg and the area

The only thing I would've love to have is a small coffee machine and tea in the room and a bonus would be also a refrigerator.

Clean room, nice staff

Not cozy and warm relaxation area of Toscana SPA for winter time - when you are out from sauna, it is better in winter time to have cozy and warm relaxation area.

Breakfast great . Rooms was large. Convenient to castle if you go through countryside.

Tv was outdated and not able to connect to USB stick.

It was clean, warm and it had parking spaces.

We were accommodated in a building outside of the main complex which we weren’t aware of beforehand. The hotel itself is in a rather industrial area. Our main stay was on Monday and Tuesday during which time the spa didn’t work. The staff at the restaurant didn’t speak good English, wasn’t very welcoming and the food was average.

Beautiful facility especially the equipped fitness facility. I’m big on exercise so I’m glad I was able to continue my journey while travelling. It is indeed a beautiful hotel.

The fact that they sent me a visa letter stating I can stay til 11pm yet I was chased out at 11. Plus hotel bookings doesn’t get access to a pool. I’d have loved some swimming cardio

A beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. We also enjoyed the spa for a day. The accommodation was also kind enough to decorate the room with roses (beautifully) for a fair price.

The restaurant had poor customer service. We wanted to make a reservation for the evening as it was our anniversary and we were told it’s not possible as it’s too full already. Meanwhile, it was very possible to book a reservation online for all time slots. My boyfriend later passed the restaurant in the evening and only very few tables were occupied? When we ate a quick bite there in the afternoon, we were left unattended after being served food as well. No one came to check in how we liked it (we would’ve liked to add some salt, but weren’t given a shaker either) and when we waited for half an hour after trying to catch employees attention, we headed inside to pay.

The staff are nice and friendly. Overall are clean and comfortable.

The shower pressure is low. Then my phone number was stolen after using hotel WiFi

They advertise with a pool and spa which is why we booked the hotel outside of Heidelberg. But when you arrive the pool is only accessible when paying an additional €90 pp. and only for 16 years and older. after asking they were willing to lower the price to €40 for two hours. Very disappointing

I thought that the staff where really friendly.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. My primary reason for booking was to use the swimming pool, and there was no indication on the Booking.com page that an additional fee would be required for pool access. Upon arrival, I was informed that access to the pool would cost over 50 euros per person, with even higher charges for full spa access.Additionally, the shower in my room was not functional for approximately 40 minutes on the morning of check-out. Overall, I only stayed at the hotel for about 10 hours, and during this time, my experience did not meet expectations

Terrible experience

It was a terrible experience sleeping here. After check-in, we were told we would get a room without airconditioning. We went to the room and it was 30°C with no AC. There was a weak fan, that didnt help at all. We complained and all we got was a tiny table fan, that didn't help either. Because of the warmth in the room, we barely slept that night. Definitely not the comfort or service you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. We won’t be coming back.

The shower is nice

The pool does not allow children, this was a surprise to us at check-in and was the reason we chose this hotel. Their website makes this detail very hard to find, deep in the FAQs

The Room was very clean and spacious. The Spa was excellent but the real treat is the bar and restaurant. Simply excellent food. Great staff and all in a great place to stay.

I had a negative experience with the reception. I reserved a deluxe single room for one day, which was a very nice room with all the comforts. Then I moved to a more expensive double bed room where i was told the stands would have been the same but in reality it was an older room, without fridge, air conditioning, and a very small bathroom. Moreover we foud th only water bottle already open and used, and the trash can with some litter in it.The day after, at the breakfast room the lady told me that the breakfast was included for only one guest. I pointed that to the reception which assured me that it was a mistake, but during check out the asked to pay the 2nd guest quota for breakfast and also a restaurant bill where I had never been to. Fortunately in the end, reasoning wise they didn't make me pay for these two undue services

Veryyy clean and comfortable where I could walk with bare feet on the floor. And the price is also nice cause it’s really cheap for a 4-stars hotel. They offer free spa which attracted me the most. Btw most of the staffs are also friendly.

Unluckily there was an unforgettable and bad experience.My friend and I was playing little games in the bar, I promise we bothered no one cause we could see many people laughing. BUT! A staff man who dressed white shirts was tooo strict to us and very impolite. " Guys if you want to take fotos please go out, here is hotel." He said. I admit we might broke some rules in this bar and I also think we might have faults. However, how could a staff says such words to his or her guests? We lived here, and we have paid everything. Seems like he looking down on us just because we two were looked like teenagers or someone very young. On the other hand, it was raining outside and everyone knew that. How could he letting his guests go outside and standing in the rain? That's the only bad thing I experienced in this hotel. Though most of people are nice and friendly. Of course someone too strict always makes something unhappy.
