Convenient location, friendly staff, you know what you're getting - so no high expectations!

Feeble paper cups, no fresh milk, strange half bath with old fashioned clingy shower curtain. No bedstamd on one side.

Easy to find the Hotel, signage good on approach. Staff very friendly and helpful, arrived in 40degree heat and they filled my water bottle with ice water multiple times. Campaniles are always a good choice, rooms are comfortable, air con works, plenty of parking.

The location was convenient for my family visit and I knew what I was getting (not much!)

Paper cups, no proper milk in the room. TV not straight. The breakfast offer also seemed to have been reduced since I was here a couple of weeks back but was still reasonable value. Main priority is to upgrade the rooms and provide proper cups, spoons and tea/coffee facilities.

Staff were fairly friendly, breakfast was OK, location convenient for public transport and visiting our family. WiFi worked well.

Towels small, no proper cups or mugs just tacky paper cups. Had to bring our own tea, mugs and milk. Campanile sign said there would be biscuits, but there were none. Too few hangers in wardrobe, no drawers. Only a stand one side of double bed, not the other. Decor a very tired uniform.woodchip wallpaper. Furnishings ancient, no soft chair.

Easy to find off the motorway for us travelling back to the UK with two dogs. A warm welcome at reception and good parking. Comfortable beds and the shower was very good. A nice choice for breakfast.

The hotel is in quite a residential area and might not suit everyone’s needs to eat out, we opted to drive about 5km away for dinner on a Sunday night as so many restaurants are closed in France. It’s convenient for a supermarket close by though.

Dirty floor. Especially in corners. Not good value for money. Hotel needs renovating.

Everything in order, decent and bathroom was spacious.

Room for 3 beds a bit small.Maybe they can consider adding a small fridge in the rooms.

Good breakfast. The rooms are what you expect from Campanile Tram stop outside of the hotel into the city running every 6 minutes

No bars or life in the area. If you want to do anything you have to go into the city

The man at reception was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean, although quite basic. Nice sushi restaurant and good bakery on the other side of the street. Kettle with coffee and tea was a nice touch. Easy to reach by tram from the station.

The room was really cold when we got there, it took a while to heat it. The heating was quite loud at night.

Nice stay, clean room, comfy bed. Good size for 1 person, for two maybe a bit small. The appliances were a bit old, also the forniture, but all was working fine. Good location for the purpose of my stay, right in front of the stop of tram D.

The toilet could have been updated a little, but all worked well.A bit noisy (you could hear all the noises from the upstairs room); also my room was facing the inner parking so when a car was arriving or leaving it was a bit noisy.

Super friendly and helpful staff that even spoke some English. Easy and quick check-in. Strong internet. Easy and free parking right in front of the rooms. The good, reasonably priced food and excellent wine were a nice surprise.

The rooms can get a bit warm due to their layout.

Upon arrival - reception was manned by a very helpful and polite gentlemen.Room was basic but warm, clean and comfortable - and a kettle supplied! Supermarket across road if you needed food etc. Restaurant on site but closed due to Covid.

I have always stayed at Campanile Hotels when driving from England to Spain and back. Good value for money and in general great staff. They also accept dogs.
