Location, convenient access. Large rooms, good breakfast.

Understaffed, only 1 person to attend breakfast with large amounts of people during Christmas season. Cleaning staff tended not to refill empty soap vessels unless asked to and did not clean room thoroughly (left dirty mugs on bedside table).

Spacious room, comfortable bed

Old / not cleaned bathroom, no tap in bathtub, no fridge which was supposed to be in the room, close to elevator which means many people passing (can be noisy early in the mornings)

A smooth check-in, friendly staff, and big parking. A swimming pool is a nice bonus.

Breakfast could have more choices. The carpet in the room had a few stains.

Location is so far so good who drives from south EU to Germany or northBeds... Extraordinary comfortable. It was like a dream to sleep at these bed.. I was about the ask which bed brand they have. Also room was very clean, well prepared with coffee/tea. A swimming pool was good but we didn't have time to swim there. Breakfast was quite enough with variety options. Parking was so easy and there are option to charge EV autos.

There was no fridge in room, no option to keep cold some stuff. Nothing more, Kyriad is very good place to stay at least for a night. Deserves the money that charged..

The pool and the facilities around the pool are nice.

Hotel overall needs some renovation, not a 4* in this century. Breakfast could be nice but there is not enough staff for cleaning and restocking, and cannot keep up with medium or large groups. We couldn't even eat bread toast.The "fitness room" is composed of 3 cardio machines, that is nice but pls remove the sofas from the gym and get some more equipment.

Fair price

Room smelled a bit on arrival, breakfast room was Not clean. Overall it was ok for an overnight stay.

One of the best-value overnight stopoffs in the area en-route to/from the Alps. Decent room with a great breakfast in the morning - delicious croissants and coffee as well as hot food.

On-site restaurant (which was one of the main reasons we booked for) was closed at seemingly short-notice the evening we arrived. However staff recommended the nearby Novotel restaurant which was open and just fine.

Lovely staff who are trying very much to make your stay the best possible. The breakfast was exceptional and had lots of options.

There could be more vegetarian options on the menu for dinner.

They have the best mattresses and a lovely breakfast.

Some other guests (with children?) were running in the corridor and making noise until past 1 am.Not the hotel's fault, but that meant we didn't sleep much. Shame as the beds are so comfy.

The lobby is very welcoming and sets the mood for a family stay. There are also a pool table and a babyfoot.The beds are comfortable and the sheets are soft.The bath towels are clean and smooth.

The room's window doesn't open and we couldn't refresh the room's air.

Comfortable room, good mattress and pillows. Close to the motorway entry. Plenty of parking space.

Not worth money?

Heating i put up even thought it didn’t feel warm and cozy at all. Room is cold. Bath tube has no lit to block water. Only shower. Breakfast was not well organise. It says 4 start hotel and it is not at facility like la 4 start hotel.

Almost everything.

Pepper and salt was absent on most tables during breakfast, which was annoying when eating egg dishes.The cables of the Tesla Superchargers were much to short for the non-Tesla cars,which needed therefore to occupy 2 chargers instead of 1. Tesla owners are obviously annoyed by the occupation of 2 chargers at the same time by the non-Tesla cars too.This is a general problem of all Tesla superchargers opened to non-Tesla cars!!! Tesla should follow the example of the cables of the chargers of his concurrents, for instance Fastned and Ionity, where the chargers can be used easily by all brands of cars including Tesla.

We spent only one night and we left early in the morning but all was perfect. Nice staff, Confortable and clan.

it looks a little outdated in places; room's doors must be very thin as you can hear people talking in the corridors.

Sheets did not fit bed and bath plug did not work. Not easy to find

We often stay at this hotel on our way to Italy. We like the large room, huge bed and a very good size bathroom.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower, which was over the bath. I think Kyriad should be looking at fitting walk in showers.

No chef on Sunday evening (when we stayed) so no restaurant! Did not inform us until some days after we booked. Reason - low season!
