B&B HOTEL Mulhouse Sausheim

Location, stuff they are really helpful

The bed is not comfortable

Nice hotel with a lit of parking spaces

That the reception hours are limited and on the 2nd day they didnt put new towels

Breakfast was excellent! The staff from reception and serving breakfast was just exceptional. So friendly and make you feel at home.

Bathroom was a bit smelly, but this was due to too much moisture.

Good value for money with helpful and friendly staff.

The room was a bit tatty with some existing minor damage.

Good for a one night stop during a long trip

The smell is very important to me, and it was very bad, the room smelled of smoke. Although the staff tried to remove the smell, it was still there.

Basic hotel , good staff and clean.

Using the self checking system.

Easy check in without reception with automated system. Parking. Breakfast was basic but nice. Very clean, see other comment. Nice towels. Good value for what you get even with some negatives. Breakfast staff member was friendly.

Air conditioning was not working, it had a broken control pad stuck with tape! Shower door didn’t close so water went on floor. Found what looked like a women’s earring piece between bed covers which was a surprise when it almost stabbed me! No staff available during the evening to talk with.

Close to the motorway, free parking, very comfortable bed and the floor was clean. The bathroom looked refurbished so it was fine. We had new towels the second day without even asking.

There were smokers outside where you check in with the machine. I was not feeling very comfortable using my card to pay with all these people who were literally next to me and could see the personal password of my room. No lift. Looked a safe place but not very sure as nobody can control you.

Friendly welcoming staff, close to motorway, dog friendly, clean and comfortable room, good.shower.

Breakfast - the choice was good but the hot breakfast wasn't hot and the croissants were the smallest I've seen.

Location close to motorwayGreat value for moneyGood self check-in

For this price, i have nothing major to report

Passable

The rooms were cold and not sound proofThe only way to heat the room was by air conditioner

Prompt friendly service ...very clean Fabulous breakfast ...great value

Everything perfect, staff always smiling and helpful. Location quite and close to everything , just 30 minutes to Colmar and 40 to Riquewihr.Bed very comfortable free Wi-Fi and parking. You can find a coffee and snacks machine inside.

The room is a little bit small ,but always clean.

Property was clean and room were same as in pictures.

There is no lift .. so hard for older or children with strollers

Great breakfast, small but functional room. Comfy bed. Walking distance to some restaurants. Free parking, easy to find and return to Autobahn . . Great value overall.. would stay again. Helpful staff.

Thin walls.. noise from hall / other rooms possible . Smokers at front entrance.. wifi had to manually reconnect each time.

Gave me the room which I asked for, pleasant and calm place, convenient checkin when arriving late

Convenient good value

Room was cramped and very small

I couldn’t sleep, so noisy

Smell cigarettes everywhere and extremely noisy

Good value for money good location for a transit commute

No lifts

Good place to rest on the road. Good location near the highway. Comfortable beds. Safe parking at the hotel. Good tasty breakfast
