Pros +
- The service at the front desk was polite and reliable. It was nice that the room was spacious and clean despite its old appearance. The contents of the minibar were also cold.
- Room size, Wellness area, breakfast
- Great continental breakfast, full of choices. Lovely coffee. Great location.
Cons -
- Busy road
- Staff was not co-operative not even available during our stay. The restaurant does not belong to hotel so there will be parties for public or companies so you cannot avail services if restaurant is booked. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. We couldn't sleep well for three nights. The check out must be before 11am, if you delay they will charge 50 Euros extra. Moreover, the receptionist entered our room in our absence while we were doing breakfast and she knew that we are in the restaurant. We could not understand the purpose of her visit to our room without being informed or asked. When we asked the purpose , she had no answer and fully embarrassed.
- Consider oiling the door hinges in rooms:) (not to wake up babies when going to the WC)

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was big and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
Good breakfast, jacuzzi and sauna in the hotel.
Problems to flush toilet - this needs refurbishment.
The hotel, room and staff was really nice. We had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was also very good. While the city is a bit dead, it brings you in range of some magnificent mountains. It was a perfect "pit-stop" for our trip through europe.
The city is quite dead, so I wouldn't go here without a car.
