Campanile NATURE - Bordeaux Sud Gradignan Talence

Good LocationVery friendly helpful staff.Comfy BedOnsite parking

The rooms are small and poorly lit.Only 1 of the 2 bathroom lights working . Lots of ambient lighting but not great for doing anything. The large counter would be better if replaced with a small dining table and 2 chairs. Especially for those who have to eat in there room as nowhere else to eat with your dog.The room floor became very gritty due to us treading in dirt from the car park..( I wiped my dog on his towel before entering) but nothing for human dirty feet. A floor mat in the entrance lobby after entering room would make all the difference . The staff kindly delivered our dinner to the room but one of us had to sit on the bed and eat. The food was hot but pretty average .That being said the staff were all lovely and we had a great night's sleep.

Bed super comfy. Restaurant was good offering a buffet or from a menu - nice food. Staff were lovely. Next to a forest for dog walks. Car park secure. Great value

Excellent service, staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Whilst the menu was more limited, they brought the dinner to our bedroom so we didn't have to leave our dog alone during dinner. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure of the shower very good.

The space under the bed was not clean at all and the dog could get under the bed and eat whatever was there (fortunately our dog is well trained and didn't do it). Breakfast could not be brought to the room so we had to leave our dog in the room unattended during breakfast.

Warmth and comfy bed

Size of room. Bed too up too much space.

Simple, small but functional room with a desk and coffee & tea machine with some pods. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet in a cosy dining room. On site restaurant although I didn't try it.

The insolation is insufficient and the room was cold on arrival, staff were prompt to fix the heating and lent me an extra small space heater which was very much necessary. Took very long to warm the room.

poor accomodation

No heating, 14 degrees Celsius in the room (-8 outside), hairdryer not working, no help from staff despite our requests.Very noisy building. Avoid at all costs.

Such friendly staff, who spoke excellent English. Restaurant was good and food was tasty and good value.Room was comfortable and shower very good.

Lighting was a bit poor, great for a mood, but tricky to see properly to pack in the morning. Coffee machine didn't work.

Very friendly staff, I was given a ground floor room which was a big plus considering my old dog. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. A really good rest in the middle of my long journey. The coffe machine and kettle exceededy expectations.

24h check in would be nice. But it wasn't a massive inconvenience.

The size of room

Had difficulty finding the hotel sat nav couldn't pick us up

Nice accomodation. Chilled, even though it's close to the road. Late checkout that was helpful for us

Just near the rocade. Efficient, clean, dinner (steak) did the job. Good value for money

Good position for a transit stay! Nice staff and dinner options are ok! Great breakfast as well! The room is ok for one night nothing special it was not 100% well cleaned.

Well appointed. Excellent staff. Good food and breakfast.

Would have preferred a walk in shower and a retractable plug for the basin. An address that properly locates the property would have been a great help.

It’s a slight step above the typical road side motel. Good enough for 1 quick night. Nothing stands out overly positive or negative. Staff was friendly. Notable: a/c works but thermostat mounted about 1 meter in front of blower.

Dog friendly

No dogs allowed to eat with owners in any area. We organised room service which the extremely helpful hotel team. A receptionist and the Chef brought up our food so it did not get cold. WELL DONE

Clean, good parking, restaurant good

The toilet system kept running told staff nothing done

Clean and well appointed room. Bed super comfortable. Warm and welcoming staff. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked really excellent!

Nothing. All was good! Just a small advice on my side: I would have loved to have a small fridge in the room. And the bathroom needs a bit of renovation. That's all :)

Stayed here before, nice hotel overall for overnight stay. Good value for money. Nice staff. Restaurant clean, good, food good.

Tiny things, face /hand towel or face flannel would be handy. Have to wipe face/ hair on bath towel which is wet after use & still wet in the morning. Hairdryer missing. Had to wait up until hair was dry ish!.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the little touches that make a stay memorable.A very special thanks to Genevive and Luis – their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care went above and beyond. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and made sure every detail was perfect. It’s rare to meet staff who take such pride in their work, and they truly made my stay outstanding
