It’s clean, nice breakfast and silent, good parking for extra fees

the breakfast was really good. There were several options to have breakfast. Also the room was really comfortable and temperature was great.

Location is really far from Munich, you cannot reach this hotel easily by bus.

I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, gym and spa facilities. Calming and spotless clean room. The Wi-Fi worked pretty well for me. I enjoyed the seamless check-in process and the option to check out till noon. The location is excellent, near the motorway and 30 minutes from the city centre. Plenty of free parking places in the street during our stay.

If I had to mention a small downside, it would be the pillows and the bed. The fridge is not a fridge; it's just a box with a light.

Pretty well

I was in room 114 and there was some sounds from the first floor. Wing door or something.

In general, a good experience if you travel for business. The room was spacious, quiet and reasonably clean. The parking and breakfast cost extra, but it was clearly indicated in advance, so no surprises. WiFi was also quite good.

There was not much available free parking nearby and the hotel garage was nowhere to be seen.

Given the price tag of the parking - the garage is quite far away from the actual hotel - avoid if you have difficulties walking or traveling with a lot of luggage/small children

Staffs not friendly at all, checkin process is disgusting and I don’t see even any action from management to improve these lacks

All hotels, guesthouses and hostels in and around Munich were full and took a raise in price due to the Oktoberfest. So we picked this one, and it has everything you'd ask for to a normal, accountable, reliable business hotel.

The location is in between two S-Bahn stations, it's a little bit far to walk to either station, so we had to drive and park. Also it was hard to call for Uber near this area.

The staff was professional and their decorum was above exceptional!!!

Only I can think of is that it was isolated but the hotel provided all the amenities!

Location is quite far out so taxis needed for station and shops etc. but is on a business park so ideal place to stay for business.

Lovely room, very spacious and clean. Modern furniture and many useful appliances, such as an iron and a water boiler were available.

The bed mattress could be more comfortable considering the price of the room

Comfortable bed

This hotel is not Munich South. It is 22km from Munich, which was 75€ taxi ride. The bar and restaurant was closed so we took a hotel provided car to a restaurant, 4 km away. That cost 35€, plus tip, each way. We are now 150€ poorer just in rides. We Ubered back to Munich and saved about 10€. It is Oktober Fest but Booking.com misrepresented the property as Munich.
