- Since hotel night box system problem, I can not stay the first night in hotel, but hotel did not agree to waive the first day charge.
- The hotel offers exactly what you can expect from Docklands: a convenient location, not too far from the museums and the harbor. Additionally, the generous breakfast in the morning ensures a great start to the day.
- Generally a good hotel. Room was a little small but satisfactory. Did run into some plumbing issues which I reported. Breakfast was well provided. The "modern" touch could use an update and maintenance is getting due but nothing too serious at the moment. I would return again.
Cons -
- The rooms could definitely use a refresh and a thorough renovation. The decor is basic and functional but lacks modern comfort and contemporary touches. Little to no updates have been made in the past ten years, or perhaps even longer.
- Plumbing issue. Bed lamp switch bad contact.
