Breakfast: very good choice of hot and cold food and drinks on a self-service basis. Free parking on site. Most staff spoke good English (as my German is nicht so wunderbar) and were friendly, professional and helpful. Room and ensuite clean and comfortable.

Minor point: ceiling fan in ensuite rather noisy: it comes on automatically with the light and stays on for several minutes. Couldn't get my laptop to connect to the WiFi (although it does in most other hotels), but phone connection was ok.

Very quiet location next to the woods. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quite helpful. There was no problem checking in late. The room was comfortable and clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced. We will definitely come again.

I didn't have time to eat breakfast, so I didn't know how the breakfast was. The room was spacious enough, but the bathroom was too small for me.The Staff was great in helping me get in after 23 hours. Helpfull.

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable, and the parking lot was not great. Fortunately, there is parking on the other side of the street.

If you have a dog and a car, the location is excellent. It's on the edge of the forest with plenty of parking. It's a 20-minute walk into the centre downhill - and longer back up!

would have been nice to have a kettle and tea-making facilities. The room had a fridge - but not a kettle!

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing especially at reception desk. Warm welcome with a beautiful smile. We woke up at 11am when the breakfast kitchen was closed but the lady still helped out and asked if they can reopen the kitchen and serve us breakfast.

I liked the location and the forest around the Hotel. It's a nice tranquil location away from the bustle of the city and airport. There is ongoing construction to improve facilities.

Old and rickety facilities. Old doorcard system working intermittently. Restaurant closed on a weekday, so need to leave hotel again to find a local pub or eat before you get there. Long speech at reception about booking directly, and still put a blank form in front of me to fill out data that was all in the original online booking including VAT number. I use Booking to avoid having to do that every single day, stop wasting my time.

Great value for the money. The food was delicious and the staff were hospitable. It was in a great location, central but in nature.

I really liked it here and cannot think of much. I did get woken up once by someone walking in late and talking loud but that could have happened anywhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The location in a quiet and cozy forest provided an unbelievable sense of seclusion. The complimentary parking was convenient, and the view from the window overlooking the beautiful forest was simply magnificent! The breakfast was not only delicious but also diverse and of high quality, complemented by a stunning view. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Honestly, I couldn't find any drawbacks. If I have to be overly critical, the pillows were not the most comfortable, but I admit I am quite picky in that regard, and it might not be entirely objective. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Rooms were not soundproofed. I could hear the entire conversation of the people in the room next to us. Bathroom was tiny, but suitable.

Adjacent to large forest for tracking and biking.Saw some wild boars at nighttime

Was clean, and the breakfast was OK.

The room was to small, no airconditioning, the bed was to hard and small for 2 persons. And we were unfortunate with the room on top of the restaurant and entrance:(Noisy and uncomfortable. Definitely to expensive for this kind of room. I wouldn't recommend.
