Best Western St Exupery Bordeaux Ouest

Staff and cleanliness

Nowhere to eat. Uncomfortable bed

Clean, very comfortable mattress, great breakfast and very helpful staff

Towels could be better quality

Perfect hotel for a one night stay. Good parking facilities, nice and helpful staff

neighbourhood

The rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was huge, spotless and very modern. Great shower. My husband and I were travelling with our 16 year old son. We booked two double rooms and were given two large doubles with adjoining doors. This was fantastic, as we didn't have to go out to the corridor to get in and out of each room. Airconditioning was excellent too.

Good size room with air conLarge bathroomEasy and free parkingGood breakfastCoffee and tea making facilities in the room

Easy access to town but would advise cycling in otherwise you would need to drive. Not sure about buses.

Nice breakfast, many choices, good quality.Staff at check in {Olga} was very nice and accommodating. Gave great recommendation for diner at local restaurant.

Larger room.

The bed was comfortable

In the iphone map app the hotel is not under "Best Western" but "Hotel Gardenia Bordeaux Ouest." The address kept putting me in a neighborhood. Really inconvenient. Also, bathroom was handicap not requested, the shower had to be handheld, inconvenience. I put a do not distrub sign up and they knocked on the door waking me up.

All good. Clean, modern, aircon, WiFi, good shower.

Friendly staff, quiet comfortable room. Perfect for an overnight stop

The room service ‘meal’ in a jar. Not good value for money. It was edible but not great

Affordable stay with an alright breakfast. Beds were comfortable!

My Daughters flight into Bordeaux was delayed until the next day, the reception staff were excellent and just cancelled her room without any fuss. The front of house was excellent and very freindly, the room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and very good. Excellent value for money and close to the Airport. Unfortunately I arrived too late for the restaurant but I was pointed to some restaurants nearby.

I can't think of anything that was really that bad that it would be worth picking up on.

Lovely comfortably bedroom

We had a two day stay and on the first day breakfast was excellent however on the second day when we arrived at 9am there was a limited amount of choice, possibly because a number of early morning travellers had arrived the day before. There was no hot food, only cold scrambled eggs no bacon or sausagesI request some but it didn't arrive before we had to leave.

We had an issue with where our pet was and wasn’t allowed, as I pointed out it was stated on their website “pets allowed no restrictions” I have received an apology from the company explaining that this was a mistake on their behalf as the translation was done incorrectly. They refunded my breakfast costs and I accept that mistakes can happen it’s how you deal with them that count.

There are not a lot of places around it to eat, but using google maps we found a really good pub called the steam pub on an industrial estate 10 mins walk away.

Room was clean and modern. Excellent bathroom. Easy access and parking.

Don't leave it too late for breakfast. Cooked eggs, bacon and sausage in short supply (although more was supplied upon request).

Clean and comfortable room, good location when travelling. Car park felt safe and secure. Big shower, toiletries provided.

The shower could have had a little bit more attention to cleaning. E.g cleaning shower head

Clean friendly good for the dog

Strange shower

Strange shower

it was a very clean modernized room. The price was great. The staff was great. They also spoke English. There was a coffee machine in the room as well. which was a nice extra. Perfectly fine for a pit stop and travel the next day again.

nitpicking:it has a walk-in shower. So watch it with the water. Before you know the whole floor might become wet :-)
