Pros +

Excellent communication to and from the staff before and during my stay. Very helpful and friendly throughout. The room was small but all that was needed and had a comfortable bed and hot shower.Only a10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop direct into the centre of Bordeaux.Free and secure carparking was a real bonus and easy to get to from the main roads rather than attempting to drive through the city and find available parking.
The staff were quite welcoming, charming, and supportive. The breakfast was quite impressive, I liked it. The hotel is well located and easily accessible from the tram station, and the main road where you can access the bus.
Value for money was excellent. Great breakfast and well located beside the motorway and the tram to go to the city center.

Cons -

The room that we were allocated on our first day was not good, we had bugs! so we couldn't sleep well. We had to be transferred to another room on the next day, which was okay and no bugs were in there.
Rooms are proper old and dirty. Mold everywhere in showers. Doors don't shut. Stains on bed. Overall bad. Pay more and go to the city. Not the outskirts.
Everything was good
