Very cozy place

Strange experience with room cleaning personnel (which need training for guests privacy).1st day we placed a "do not disturb sign" between 9,00 and 10,00 and got kicked out of room cleaning that day.2nd day we did not put any sign and we got staff intrusion in the room at 9 AM (speaking only German), while we were still in bed "naked", annoying us with a lot of questions we couldn't answer.

Was able to late checkin, breakfast was nice, accomodations were clean and well maintained

Some bits showing their wear (minor wall cracks, toilet button sometimes failing to action/de-action) but only minor nuissances.

Friendly staff and helpful on all matters. They have a an external safe system that makes it possible to check in out of hours. Extremely useful if you have to arrive at night. Nice sauna but is underused. Good parking facilities. Have stayed here many times and will return.

It is an out of town location but good if this is where you want to be.

Great hotel for vacation, we lived at apartments so no noice was coming from the road. Apartments are new, made in chalet style, room service is every day. If I have a chance will visit it again.

Very friendly staff, clean and need rooms. The breakfast was really nice.

The family room with a bunk bed was spacious. The hotel was very quiet and dinner was great. The hotel has a deal with the water park that allows you to get cheaper tickets. Also, parking was free.

The breakfast section was relatively small. Just eggs, bread, coffee, and cereal.

Great hotel. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and close to Munich airport. Great breakfast. Would def stay again.

Clean rooms, nicely decorated. There is hotel parking, convenient location if you go to therme.Ok place to spend a night, not more

Staff is not up to standard, 0 people skills...There are a several parking spots in front of the hotel, the rest is on the other side of the road so you need to be careful as you don't see upcoming traffic when crossing with bags,or kids.There is absolutely zero privacy in room toilets, glass sliding doors that cannot be fully closed (no sound isolation) and transparet, visible glass ---this must be mentioned in description or at least visible on room pictures. Not everyone wants to hear and see your roommate in the toilet

The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and clean. Great place to stay.

Breakfast was decent.

The desk clerk was very abrupt and unhelpful. I had specifically asked for an accessible shower, which they confimred in a reply. But the room they provided had an impossible shower. It was also a long walk from the entry. The hotel had steps at entry and a difficult handrail. The room was very hot. The wifi was weak and slow in our room.

The best breakfast.

Half of building is a restaurant and bar. Many people outside of building talking drunk loud, and smoking below our bedside window. Tough when we have a smoke free room as the whole Hotel is, but no air conditioning and therefore tough to sleep before 12:15 am.

The breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. It was also fairly close to the metro, which we appreciated and not too far from the airport.

There wasn't air conditioning that we could find, so the rooms were a bit stuffy at night. Opening up the windows allowed quite a few bugs to enter the room because the windows did not have screens on them.

This is our second time at the property (6 years ago we stayed there). Room was spotless and the full breakfast was lovely to wake up to. Staff were friendly and attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze thanks to the attentive staff.Location was perfect. An easy 4km walk into the very pretty Erding and the 5-10 min walk to the S2 station at Aufhausen made access to Munich very simple.

At times the housekeeping staff were working to their schedule as opposed to what the guests’ preferences. A few occasions we were negotiating a time for making up the room according to the house staff’s schedule. Not a big problem. On 2 occasions the front desk staff were ‘direct’ however this was the exception to the rule (and it helped smooth the waters my wife speaks German). Beyond these 2 interactions the front desk team were FAMTASTIC !!!!!
