Hotel-Etage Apfelrot managed by Hotel Apfelbaum

Great accommodation, very, very clean, and comfortable. I slept very well, and I am a light sleeper. The room temperature was ideal, and the room had a lot of light. Basic room but clean, comfortable and spacious. Close to the train station, but only if the key pickup is more convenient. Otherwise, there's a bit of a trip within the city to pick up the key and then go to the actual accommodation.

As mentioned, the key pickup was quite inconvenient. I have received a late message that the reception opening hours are quite short during the weekend, and that maybe a key will be in a keybox. That was a bit unclear. Anyways, we had to call the reception and understand better how to pick up the key. Then we had to go to the other place, the actual accommodation. Someone drove us, but in case you have luggage and no car, there is a bit of a trip between train-main hotel-hotel.

The property was exactly as described, it was easy to find the “parent” hotel for the check in and the room was nice and clean. Looked exactly like the pictures too. It was pleasant to find a little shared kitchen with kettle and little goodies. It’s nicely located close to the town centre and McDonalds is just a minute-drive away!

The room was very spacious, modern, and nicely decorated, making our stay very comfortable. It was already pre-heated upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch, especially on a chilly day. This hotel building is located near a supermarket, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The staff was kind and welcoming. We also really appreciated that we could purchase discounted thermal spa tickets directly at the hotel, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

Firstly, it was pretty troublesome that we had to check-in at the main building 10 minutes walk away, before we can enter the room. We came by train with luggage and backpacks, walked past Apfelrot, onto Apfelbaum, and then back to Apfelrot...Secondly, after we entered our room and were chilling on the bed around 3pm, a lady barged into our room without knocking saying she wanted to clean the toilet. It might be an earlier check-in but we had informed the hotel and there should be better communication among staff.

The room is absolutely spotless and very functional for a traveler. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was delicious.

Would have liked to stay in the main facility rather than the off site location, however, would stay again.

The room was very clean and easy to access.Didn't meet any staff so can't comment on the staff.

The extra bed was too small.

The room was bright and big enough, tide and the bath room was well lighted and big as well.

Quite average room but it's clean an comfortable

The shower didn't work properly after a while with the explanation: you were using to much water. Then the sink and the toilet didn't work at all and it happened 2 times in 3 days. In one of the days there wasn't any warm water after 23 o'clock

Great location near Therme Erding with good parking and nearby restaurants. We were pleased with the warm welcome and access to a shared kitchen. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch.

We had windows facing the train line, which could be disturbing for someone when the window was open at night.

Nice accommodation , good bed, very clean.

We arrived at night and it was totally dark, uninviting, this is NOT a hotel.There is no air conditioning or fan in bathroom, so it is too hot and misty when having a shower. If you open the window you are kept awake by the constant trains.Pillow inadequate, and 2 single duvets on a double bed.The restaurant in sister hotel is 10 mins walk (we had no car).There are no facilities / staff, I felt I stayed in an office.

It was very clean, the bathroom was renovated and spacious. The baby crib was clean and up to date. The location is close to everywhere and check out us very simple.

Unfortunately our room was very hot. Luckily they had ventilators available. The street and metro is close and loud.

Very clean a d beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable and there was free space for parking the car.The hotel was really close to therme. The communication with the staff was excellent and also the breakfast was delicious in very good price.It was the second time I chose this hotel, and for sure I will come back in the future.
