Opened in early 2013 after a complete renovation, Hotel Lux in Emmenbrücke is just 3.7 mi from Lucerne. It offers free WiFi and free parking. The modern, air-conditioned rooms are furnished in a classic Italian style with precious woods and marble. They offer a flat-screen cable TV, a safe, and a bathroom. Some have a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains Rigi and Pilatus. The Emmenbrücke Sprengi Bus Stop is 328 feet from the Lux Hotel, providing connection to Lake Lucenre and the Chapel Bridge within a 15-minute bus ride. The A2 motorway exit Emmen-Nord is just 2625 feet away. The Emmen Center (shopping center) can be reached in a 5-minute drive. The reservation confirmation serves as a public transport ticket in zone 10, providing bus connections to Luzern.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I would give a zero star if I could. The hotel is a total rip off, the staff is rude and they have no ethics. Overcharged us on top of what we booked hotel for our 2 kids.
Our room smelled like gym socks. I also thought it was reductions that they put a sign up for extra charges of $200 in the bathroom if Easter seeps out of the shower. There is a design flaw and no door and that should not be the guests problem.
