The location, not far from the motorway.

They are too complaicent about their work. You can spot that fron the moment you areive at the car park which has rubbish everywhere. The person working at the reception desk wears no uniform or smart clothes. Jeans and flip flops. He also uses the staff waiting area to take breaks while scorlling on his phone with his fee up. Their manager Lund tried to bully me into paying for breakfast, which I already paid for through booking.com. even though I showed them the bookong confirmation she still spoke rudely over the phone insisting I pay for breakfast which was very basic anyway. Pray you don't have a hot day or night when there, as the only air condition is the old fan in the room. This hotel might have been something when it was first opened, but not any more.

Nice hotel near to Frankfurt Airport. Free parking, good brekfast.

Living in the desert

In 3 nights and almost 4 days, my wasn’t cleaned even once, very poor hotel and the rooms are old.The fan doesn’t have even covers in the room, so you might cut your finger if you do a mistake.There is no room service, if you meed water at night it’s impossible because there is no water , no reception, no vendor machines to buy, just like living in desert.

This hotel has absolutely nothing to offer. No water bottles to drink, broken shower, not even Air conditioning. They kept a 10 dollar moving fan in room in case you feel hot. Not even tissues in the room.

Nothing absolute disaster

I would like to ask for a full or at least partial refund. When we arrived after a long journey we got a totally different room not what we paid for and the room was extremely dirty then we got another room which was also very dirty and filthy. I have requested a cot bed for my 2 year old daughter which I had to take out from the room. Because of the condition. It was also in horrendous condition dirty and filthy. The carpets was filthy,the toilet filthy everything filthy. The fridge was not working issue with the TV the pillows was extremely smelly and used

AT 8:15 FOR ECONOMY REASONS !!!!NOT GOOD I CAN FIND BETTER PLACE WITH BETTER CONDITIONS AND MORE RICH BREAKFAST!!!!

For my taste, the breakfast ends too soon (9am) but that is only a matter of taste and routine.If you want to buy a water you must follow the reception hours (close at around 8pm) since there is no working vending machine or something.Internet was only passable. I was able to stream movies in SD and read some emails but if you need for a video call or something then it is not suitable, better to use 5G (even with only 1 bar).The smell in the room was not very good.Everything in this hotel is old, from the carpets, to the furniture and equipment.The bathroom was scary: the water draining in the bath area was not optimal, the toilet flush was weak and a little worm got out from the drainers. Plus I hate those "plastic towels" for the shower boxes.

I wish I had something good to say about the place, but the staff ignored my calls and messages both days I booked a room and never gave me access to the room I paid for and then ignored my follow up messages asking about a refund.

Nobody was at reception during the check in time I listed when reserving the room. Could not access room I paid for either of the 2 days due to no staff present on friday afternoon or the weekend. They sent me automated messages through the booking app but failed to reply to me when I tried messaging them on the same app. They posted 2 phone numbers to call for late night check in but nobody answered either of them so I gave up after a while. Even days later they still haven't gotten back to me, let alone appologized to me for wasting my time and money just because they were too lazy to provide the services they were selling.

Decent room.

The staff. They could not imagine two men share one bed. Kept insisting on offering a two bed bedroom.

The location is great. Easy access to Frankfurt airport and city. There is plenty of transportation with plenty of options. There are banks, bakeries, and supermarkets close by. It's really a great location.Check-in was easy and quick over the Internet. I arrived after 21:00hrs, I called and was attended to almost immediately. The guy at the front desk was really friendly.Checking out was as equally easy and uncomplicated. Breakfast was decent.The bathroom was cleanPrice was fair.

The room stunk! It's similar to when someone smokes indoors, and it makes the whole place stink. I tried opening the windows to get some fresh air, but 20 minutes after closing the windows, the stunk all over again. The pillows and bedding had the same stale smoking smell. Light over the bed was broken.I needed a place to sleep overnight because I had an early appointment, so it was sufficient. Would I recommend it? No. On account of the smell. It made for an uncomfortable night... unfortunately.

The good point was to able to make a late check in. We arrived around 23.00 and the hotel was all locked, but we called a number and the lady on the phone told that a colleague will come and take us inside. After 10 minutes, a guy came and took us inside.

We reserved a standard double room with a large bed, but they gave us a standard room with two single beds. I asked them why they did like this. The explanation was that another guest extended their reservation although you reserved the room before. I asked the lady how this is possible, because if a room is reserved you can give it to another one or you can not extend the current guest. The communication between us ended with a question. The question coming from the lady was ‘ you have a room now, right?’ When I heard this question, I understood that they only focus on providing a room to the guests, and the rest details are not important for them. What a shame approach for a hotel owner or manager!

Very poor

If it says "breakfast included" - don't believe that. There is literally no one there in the breakfast room, the door is shut, no people, no food, nothing. In the room I stayed they have the cheapest mattress. It does not hold it's form and in 2 min of laying down you feel the bed frame underneath - highly uncomfortable
