Clean, convenient to go to the airport, nice breakfast , easy to find

Late arrival, no one at the reception, called 3 never with no response. Paid 60 bucks to sleep in my car. It is a swindle and will get my money back.

No response to phone call, no one at the reception. Is this an hotel. It must be stressed if an hotel has an inhabited reception, for late arrival, all hotels will play games not to deliver the service. This is not acceptable.

Room, bathroom and breakfast were OK.

Hotel Henry is an airport satellite hotel. It should be easy to get to and from the hotel and the airport. Their mode of transit is a bus OF64. The hotel provided no information about the schedule, route or bus stop locations, even after we asked at the desk.

The after-hours check in process was super easy, the room was clean, the location was fantastic, and the breakfast was super!

The traffic outside was a little loud with the window open at night.

Easy to find, rooms were lovely and spacious, bathroom was nice and spacious, rooms were clean and had a nice homely feel to them

The continental breakfast wasn't what I was expecting, could do with some family favourites such as bacon and sausage and scrambled eggs and perhaps some toast. Only had a bowl of cereal in the end, field I did not get my money's worth on that. But the rest of the stay was lovely

We like the communication via message on Booking so we could accommodate even the hotel does not have reception open because of their short and various working hours on reception. The hotel was nice and clean.

The first thing we didn’t like was the room allocation next to the road. There is no information about it that we will be placed in the room next road. Of course the cars were loud and we could hear it. The next thing was very uncomfortable bed. Both of us we could no sleep because of the soft mattress. Whoever turn to other side we could feel it a lot. Unfortunately we couldn’t try their breakfast as we had to leave early at 6.30 (breakfast are served from 7:30) and there were no option to get breakfast earlier (at least sandwich).

There was no one when we reached the hotelThey sent us the code when we were on flight...we traveled from far and it was too cold outside we didn't had the local sim or any time of communication mode.We waited outside for almost 2 hoursWe kept calling the owner and the reception number no one bothered to pick up Very bad experience in the middle of the night we were very upset...worst service

The worst

They are the worst hotel I have ever book, less than 12 hours before my check in they decided to send me a message demanding I get a COVID test to stay there and refused to reimburse my money even though they are the ones who didn’t let me stay

Nice space, a comfy chair, ground floor, nice bath room. Reasonable parking, close to train station.

Not enough light, overhead is dim with no bedside lamp. Couldn't get remote to work, after some effort we got a new one. Toilet kept running and no one around to help in evening. We were able to get it to stop by turning off the water and then turning on.

Simple, efficient, comfortable, friendly. Very good price. And there is a parking space just in front of the door.

Breakfast was quite simple as well but can't complain given the very competitive price.

The room we got was nothing like the picture, there was no curtains for the windows, and the overalls standard was not the the best

The bed is comfy, spacious room's, everything is clean, ceiling fans were a definite plus! The breakfast is fantastic and starts at 6:30am

Could use an iron in the room for travelers

good breakfast and really nice frontdesk staff, wifi was reliable and fastclose to the s-bahn station

Great breakfast. Loved having a ceiling fan! Strong wifi. Plenty of hot water with strong pressure.
