Clean and comfortable. In a quiet area with industrial buildings and neighborhoods, but close enough to walk to historic town or to the train station.

No airport shuttle as indicated but could arrange a taxi. Air conditioner was not available to adjust temperature.

The man at the reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, generous and well-furnished. There was truly nothing that could have been better.

Room size is excellent. Location is good for supermarket shopping. Calme. Far from city center. 16 mn to airport.

Very big room, with kitchen and parking. All we were looking for was there. Friendly staff, breakfast was nice!Near the train so we visited the Christmas markets in Frankfurt.

It was very cold in the room, the heating was insufficient, there was air conditioning, but only cold air worked. You can only be happy in summer

Very spacious apartment, very well equipped, good size of bathroom, very comfortable bed. Very clean apartment. Staying on top floor we had beautiful view to surrounding areas, even to Frankfurt! Extremly helpful and kind staff from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies, everyone was very kind and always smiling . We felt very welcomed.

The blinders conditions on the windows needs to improve as they didn't work very well. When pulled up the windows were very dirty- which is a shame because the apartment was really clan but seeing the dirty windows, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

We needed a rest on our road trip and this place was exactly what we were searching for. Quiet and chill neighbourhood, no criminals around. Perfect place if you dont need city mess.

Simple hotel in the centre of an industrial area, but very quiet. There are supermarkets within a 10 minute walk for food. The regional railway to Frankfurt is also a 10 minute walk. 15 minutes walk from dreichdreichenhain centre with restaurant and ruined castle.

Due to its location, there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it is a short walk to the local tennis club which has an Indian restaurant or in the opposite direction to the centre of town with2 or 3 restaurants.

Very old … and shower and curtain could have been a Little clearer…A very noisy air conditioning.. could hear people coming and going early hours…

Easy check in until 10 pm which suited us. Large room, good parking. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money.

The WiFi code was not in the room and we didn't realise until after reception closed because we checked in late.Not a particular issue as we only stayed 1 night but would be useful to put in a book or paper in the room as other places do.

Location, in a very uninspiring light industrial area. No hot water. Furniture had seen better days. Overall not great.

Small apartment but everything you need, very clean and a comfortable bed, Fridge and a hob.

"It's not guaranteed you will be able to check in the hotel after 11pm" (even you have paid for the room) --- that's the word by word quote from the hotel manager. Context below:- I contacted the hotel at 8:30pm mentioned my late arrival. - I Received self-check-in instructions and 24/7 support number.- Arrived at midnight, but password didn't work after multiple attempts for 30mins. - Called the 24/7 support number for 30 mins with no response. left many messages, no reply. - Contacted Booking.com and got 3 manager phone numbers. called them. One answered.- The manager said: the password provided was wrong. He doesn't know why no one answer the support phone. and he said "it's a technical issue, and the hotel can not guaranteed the access if you came late. if you want a hotel with 24h reception, go find somewhere else!" and no apologies offered either. I used the renewed password from the manager and checked in at 2:30 am. --------------------------------------------------------------------Everything above are purely facts. Objective, Nothing exaggerated.Now my personally feeling: - Tell me in advance, if I can't have access after 11pm. Why accepted my order and payment, and sent me the checkin message?? - Tell me in advance the 24/7 support phone won't support. Why pretend you care and put the numbers everywhere in the message, on your door, in the room? - If the manager doesn't have any basic humanitarian sprit and decency, why he works in the hospitality? This is the worst hotel experiences I have ever had due to the worst hotel manager. I was shocked by the fact he works in this industry, and I can't imagine what else he would do in daily operations to the guest and their employees. I feel sorry about some staffs I met next day in the canteen and reception, very nice people. but in a wrong company.
