ibis De Haan

The swimming pool water is very warm. Nevertheless, it should be cleaned a bit more often. There were small living things inside. Billard did not work time to time (the balls stocked inside.)

The whole parking place is quite expensive, 15Euro pro night. It is almost empty the whole time.Good is that there are plenty of free parking places nearby within 5 minutes walk.

Breakfast was very nice and food quality. My son enjoyed making waffle!

Nice clean room. Friendly staff.

Pity you have to pay extra for parking. This does seem to change depending on the Ibis hotel you go to.

Accommodation cost + in addition 22 Euros per person for breakfast makes it too expensive as compared with cost of similar Ibis hotels in other European countries

A lovely hotel, staff very friendly & helpful.Room comfy, with plenty of hot water. Heating/air-conditioning worked well. We had a drink at the bar, which was very well priced. Didn't try the food, though.

Car parking useful as parking in De Haan is quite chaotic but 15 euros a little steep, especially as its necessary as no real alternative

Breakfast is awesome - both food and the terrace. Parking great but paid (15EUR) - somehow I didn't spot that. Still, for prime location 5 min from the beach that is acceptable price. The pool is great and all that for a very good price taking into account that it is full summer on the seaside. Check-out at 12.00 is very convenient too. So, I discovered this hotel some time ago and keep coming back because it is worth it - very good value for money. Of course, it is still Ibis so rooms are basic but comfortable.

The was without charm. No Infos at the room. No bottle of water no closed area for the cloth. The shower was broken.Parking 15 Euros extra

Nice quiet location with parking, although it’s paid. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Enjoyed a dip in the pool.

It’s a bit far to walk to city

Everything clean and comfortable. Staff tried to be helpful when confusion between Ibis and Booking.com led to the twin room I had booked not being available.

It was fine other than the initial confusion.

Location is great. It was quiet. Close to the dunes and the tram. A 30 minute walk into the city of DeHaan.

The room we booked was a good price. Not a premium room, but we knew that ahead of time.Room 212. The room was dark, needs more lighting.The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. A light fixture wouldn't turn on. USB outlet not working. A lampshade was broken. Surely one of the cleaning staff would have noticed the broken lampshade?When I did get in touch with the front desk (after two nights) they immediately offered a repair technician or a new room for the last night. Both of these options were just another inconvenience, and we said no thanks.Tonight I am in an Ibis at CDG airport. Same pricepoint, but the room is in much better shape.DeHaan needs some TLC.

Nice and calm location, close to the beach and to the tram stop. Very nice location for family holidays.

Everything gets costy, and there are surcharges now for things that were included, like parking.

Lovely hotel, friendly service and good restaurant/breakfast. Secure parking. Excellent if you're travelling with a dog as there is a massive beach in 10 minutes on foot plus the dedicated dog zone. Perfect.
