LOGIS Hotel l'Escargotière Dijon Sud - Chenove

Service was very good. Arrived late and close to closing time but still was able to order food from restaurant.

Breakfast was poor

Good overnight stay near Autoroute. Easy access and parking facilities. Reasonably priced. The restaurant was also okay for breakfast and dinner.

This is a conveniently located hotel for an overnight stop en route for the alps or south of France. It is clean and comfortable.

The restaurant is adequate but I think the menu was the same for 2 years.

Room was comfy and clean, nice shower, safe free parking,Near Buffalo Grill.

Breakfast wasn't very good at allNo foreign channels on tv

Great place to stay for a night - a stop off on a long trip. The room is a little dated but still all in working order with a comfortable bed and everything we need. The walls perhaps a little thin as we could hear someone snoring from next door but only faintly so this wasn't an issue for us.

It was spacious , clean and conveniently located Good safe parking if traveling with packed up car

Seated area is very basic and not comfortableDining area very utilitarian Food was good but lacked a range for all Plates cold

To be honest, not much. Very disappointed.

We were unable to get a pre-dinner drink as there was no one manning at the bar we were told we could get a drink at our table but then insisted that we ordered our food at the same time. The hotel had a large party in another room and it seemed all their attention was fixed on them.

It is in a brilliant location for driving from the South of France to the ferry ports. The restaurant is really first class with great service. It is very good value for money.it has a secure car park.

Nothing really just a little glitch with the hairdryer not working but they found another.

Location.

The aircon wasn't working and expensive.

One room is good, other terrible!

We got one good room. No other. There was no air conditioner, although it was written in the booking that there was, and some of the lamps did not work either. After going and asking to change the room, because it lacks air, and I am after a heart operation, they refused to do it. And Discounts didn't either. I want some of my money back because this is unfair!!! The room does not comply with the booking instructions, and the money is charged a lot!!

The room was very spacious and clean.

Not the best area but good for accessing motorway

Stopped here overnight on the way to another destination. It was easy to get to and offered good value for money. We were able to park our van securely and check-in was quick and easy. It has everything we needed for a night's stay.We did have food in the restaurant (including breakfast) and it was fine. It was affordable and comfortable. We would stay again.

There wasn't anything particularly wrong. The room was in need of a little tlc as the wallpaper was peeling but it was clean and comfy.

Horrible!!!

No working airconditioning! The temperature was over the 30 degrees in the night. No fresh air in the room! To hot en to loud! We did leave the hotel at 6:30u! It was horrible! ?The staff was incompetent. Our room was given to someone else! Strange!

Nice room with comfy bed.

Big open parking area didn’t feel secure, area is a little run down

Nice spacious room, good shower. Good restaurant and nice breakfast stuff

No kettle for making a drink in the room.

Clean, good location with parking. Lovely food friendly staff. Very French not an international chain.

Sound proofing not great.

Nice staff, clean, quiet, free parking

bed was not comfortable, quite far from center

The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and the shower good. The towels were the normal size so on the small side. Dinner was good and we had filet de Sandre/Bœuf bourguignon /Œuf pochés.

The breakfast looked basic so we didn’t have breakfast.

Good location for traveling through the area. Free parking. The restaurant was good.

Not too friendly staff in the reception

Car parking and gratis final drink! Food in restaurant.

Bored reception. No action on broken Wi-Fi, workmen in room when I entered having been given key, freezing red wine with meal, worn out accommodation.
