Staff was friendly and helpfull, check-in was easy. No security/damage deposit was needed. Matrass was good.

The rooms are very compact, so don’t expect much space. However, they are functional and perfectly suited for a short stay or a transit stop.One small note: although smoking is prohibited in the rooms, mine had a faint smell of cigarettes — likely from the previous guest. I can’t really blame the hotel for that. Fortunately, the window could be opened fully, which helped air the room out.

The easiness to check in and check out, the parking and the staff

The room looked like it had not been cleaned, as there were spider webs all around, but more importantly, there were bedbugs. Now I have all my clothes potentially infected and no reply from them even though I tried contacting them through booking and on their website. See the pictures from the day after we stayed there.Plus, the AC was super noisy and without it was very hot.It is unfortunate as, besides this, the stay was efficient.

Friendly staff

Now, if someone offers you a brown envelope to stay in this hotel, don't even consider it. Sure, "you can check out anytime you like, but you may never leave!"Well, to the point. It was freezing cold. In spite of the staff's benevolent efforts to heat up my room digitally, the temperature never reached 15 deg C. I got a few shivering hours of sleep, fully clothed.This hotel should be demolished.

Good value for money. We stayed only one night. We could freely recharge our hybrid car overnight.

the room was very small and not super clean. when we arrived we were told breakfast was until a certain time (10am I think) but in the morning breakfast had already been removed (it was supposed to be until 9am or so). But the lady was kind enough to put it back out for us (but we felt rushed). Someone (manager/staff?) also opened the door of our room to check if we were in very early that morning (7am)

Poor

This is my second stay in the Kyriad hotel chain and another sleepless night. The previous one had no air condition and the heat prevented me from falling asleep, This time I have a completely sleepless night, because the air condition has its own settings and... does not cool. Comfortable beds, clean, but as you can see, you should only spend the night in winter, because in summer you can feel like in the oven.

Disappointing

Very small, unpractical room. Poor pillows. Shower door wouldn't shut. No more than a 1 night stop over.

The location is near the highway, friendly staff. Small and clean room, perfect for one night.

Breakfast was poor. A modest breakfast is acceptable for the price but the old bread, croissants, and cheese is a bit poor..

The room was smelly and too small. Specially bathroom very tiny.

Reception lady very nice and helpfull!A mistake was made by booking.com. we booked a room with 3 beds and got one with 2.Reception lady told us this was a website mistake from booking.com, the way booking came through . but she helped us by changing room to one with 3 beds. We were lucky one was available. So THEN the pictures and room where correct. I don't know about the price though.

Basic but that's what we wanted. Clean and comfy. Good little bathroom. Window for air flow and air-conditioning. Easy access and free parking.

Not much food available in the area at night. Small room was a bit cramped.
