The hotel in a great location, close to shops and public transport, but my stay was still very disappointing

We are very disappointed, our stay at Hotel F1 Cergy was the worst experience ever. The room smelled bad, the bed was uncomfortable, and the photos online were misleading. The room was actually very narrow and cramped. Also it wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was constant noise from other rooms and the corridor. I would never recommend this hotel.

The location is good, central.

The room was poorly mantained. The bathroom was disgusting with the sink and the walls stained and discolored. There was a smell of food in the bathroom. The curtains were also pretty old and stained. The people are terribly loud, both inside and around the hotel. There are no silent hours and the noise and sounds of screaming and crying can be heard late into the night.

Don’t stay

Property in need of a refit bed sheets towels where clean fag ash on floor not in a great area felt uncomfortable I know that’s not down to hotel felt the hotel was very depressing

I do not recommend checking in, I booked a room online, arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception, then the guard came up and said that the accommodation had not been paid for, and I had to pay in cash, I said that it had already been paid and I would not pay, I had never seen such arrogance, the guard left, and I I canceled my reservation with a fine, no one returned the money to me, I had to stay on the street, the area for whites is very scary, like Saint Denis, so far none of the representatives of the hotel have contacted either me or booking,com

The reception staff were pleasant.

This property was horrible. Very poor cleanliness, towels and bed linen smelled and the facilities were just poorly kept. Would never stay here again.

Very small and old room,it was clean but old.

The price was not bad and it was close enough to a small shopping centre which was good.

I didn't receive a pillow on the top bunk bed. I asked to get a pillow from the reception but they couldn't help me. The toilet also had no flusher, you had to lift the lid off the toilet, get your hand wet, and pull the flusher manually. The main light in our room also didn't work, and the bathroom was very dirty.

The proximity for shopping

I had to change room due to clogged toilet and in the new room the blind window didn't not have a locking system to stay close.

I like the front desk at check in, it was professional. And the place was clean and neat.

I did not like that the smoke free room was filled with smoke. It was deep inside the sheets. It was in the air and once I left it was in my clothes.

The breakfast need improvement. Just bread no brioche no croissants machine give half cup of coffee and not hot the breakfast nearly nothing there very basic

The breakfast was really bad, the key had to be reloaded everyday even though my booking was for 5 days. They didn't even bother to tell you that upfront. Also, all those facilities they boast of are non-existent. Might as well get a hotel that gives you what they promise

The room was very dirty, there was toilet paper on the floor room needed to be mop no bath mats we asked to change room so they have a next room which was also dirty. I want certify for my 70$ I will not go back their and I wouldn’t recommend their to anyone

I don’t like anything

Really I was fed up becz too dirty, oh my god I can’t forget that experience, within 30 min I had vomit I went out for checkout

The property was clean, the room service came and changed bedsheets, cleaned the room and filled the toilet paper. Slept well too comfy bed.

Like other reviews, there is a smell of smoke in the room but I only noticed this at night, I wouldn't complain however given the price I paid for my stay but it it something to be aware of. Also the locks do not work in the room door which did make me feel a bit uncomfortable as a female staying alone in a foreign country, but I didn't have an issue and was safe the whole time.

Disappointing

Quality of the hotel is not even maintained. Rusty Smell all over the corridor and lifts etc .. not even a lift facility to take our baggage from parking till reception or rooms . Worst

Very old, dirty and outdated place. Not comfortable at all. The smell of smoked cigarettes was unbearable in the room.

To call this a hotel - is questionable - it’s not it’s more like a hostel. The room was minimum with bunk beds - not super comfortable. The bathroom is tiny and the room has no bin so take a paper bag for your rubbish ! We asked for extra pillows - they threw these in our room and no pillowcases - so all up not a pleasant experience. The location was good - close to main shopping mall and the. Bus and train station a five minute walk away. If you want super basic - that’s what you get - I think it is priced way to high for what you get - and booking.com this should be listed as a hostel no hotel - sorry booking.com you got this one wrong !!

Rooms were bare and minimum - bathroom way to Small - maybe provide a bin - all up basic !! NOT GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY !!!
