Easy access from Gisors on bicycle. First day was brilliant with the staff they've helped me to make my bicycle safe and the receptionist was a helpful person as well , however second day's day duty guy wasn't really helpful and polite.He didn't really care about people who are paying for the accommodation.Overall: bed and breakfast you have shower and a roof.

The room was a disappointment with a broken shower head, and staff accused the occupant of stealing a bedsheet. Very unprofessional and annoying communication and poor service. Breakfast was miserable, lacking variety. The place smells mouldy

Honestly the shower was nice, thats all

So the staff was very ignorant. Breakfast was included and wanted me to pay extra to have breakfast. Secondly, time for breakfast there was nothing left, we went at 8am and breakfast is from 5.30 am until 10am. The juice was hot, only 3 bread left. Honestly i do not recommend. And to finish , A.C Was not working had to open the window.

The smell of the room was not good, the room was too small. Toilet paper was not provided.

I was unable to stay in the room during day time due to hot weather, canucule. At night, I widely opened the window until the next morning. For this reason, I moved out on Monday the 1st instead of Thursday the 4th. So, you may reconsidere your billing Thanks.

The rooms were not as described...we did not end up staying the night - it was that bad. The bathroom felt like that in a trailer park, the sink leaked and you had to sit on the toilet to shower.

And WE waiting much in réception at 20.00.after m'y Friend go to reception to tolking about hôtel .thé man working in reception Stay tolking in mobil for long and not respect for m'y Friend .. and really Bad service!! Price. I booked it during Paris 2024 and prices were ridiculously high. Then prices dropped because there were too many rooms available. I ask them to reduce the price for me or let me cancel it for free but they didn't do it.Lack of communication from management. I dropped them two messages and they didn't reply. Not very central, pretty run down, awful bathroom, no air con or fan, tiny, hot room, nowhere to store bikes. Very basic facilities. Very basic breakfast.

Friendly person at Reception.Pleased that when we booked we were invited to keep our bicycles in the room so we didn't have to worry about them.Decent shower

Parts of the bathroom could be cleaned a bit better, around the taps for example.Room and bathroom/toilet were small but we expected that.

The location is good.

The hotel was dirty with a heavy smell of damp the room smelled of urine and there were dirt on the walls. The light wasn't all working.
