Hotel Mercure Cergy-Pontoise Centre

The staff was very, very nice, no doubt about that

The bed, the barhroom was high, the breakfast, I never eat in a plate like this before. Small and rectangular.

Secure parking on site. Reasonable breakfast choice.

Felt like it’s soon for a makeover. Room was cold and heating not working, so I had to demand strongly to change rooms. Night reception was able to assist. New room was smaller but warmer.

The staff are kind and the room was quiet

The room is old, and not up to the usual standards of what I would expect from a Mercure. I chose it by name because the area already isn’t great.

The staff was pleasant, and the underground parking was very convenient.

The location was far from old Pontoise (we never got to see it), and it was in a busy, college environment but without nearby restaurants. The room was small and the bathroom tiny. Nothing like the last Mercure we stayed at. It was very expensive for the quality.

I liked the location

There was no water provided in the roomThe room on the picture was significantly different from the room received, basically it felt more of a mass product rather than a unique experience . However, it was a room, clean, provided in good order and so much okay. Breakfast was fine but also here the little touch of personality was missing, e.g. cutting the bread jointly and holding with paper tissues - no one would even do that at home. Some of the cups certainly old and used over years. But similar to the room, it was functional and OK.

Breakfast is nice. Car park is available although quite tight. WC is separated from the bathroom. Pets are welcomed

We stayed 2 nights. But, no new towel or cleaning during the full day we were there....we had to claim new towel late in the second evening.

It was ok for one night in an emergency

It’s in the middle of nowhere. Nowhere to eat, no shops, nothing.

Welcoming and helpful staff (Jamila). Safe storage for our e-bikes. Superb room that was very comfortable and quiet. Everything provided for an excellent nights sleep. Thank you so much.

It was close to the place I came due to work.

It is an outdated hotel from the 1990s, it is definitely under of today 4 stars expectations. Even in the room's evacuation plan was shown 3 stars.

The hotel interior was very nice. Our room large and comfortable. The breakfast had everything we wanted. A short walk to McDonald’s if you want food.

In front of the hotel the landscaping is in poor condition , giving a bad first impression when you drive up.Also the restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby is out of business, so there’s only breakfast in the hotel .

The room was large. The Aircon was quiet and effective.

Cergy is not at all scenic. The hotel is fine for business travellers with meetings in the area. There are no local facilities for tourist.

The staff were efficient and welcoming .and extremely helpful The room was very nice, large comfortable bed and good shower . Underground car park with lift straight to the rooms so very accessible.

Quiet and spacious. Qute dining room.

The facilities are getting older, and the very old room key.

Good breakfast, decent bar area. Close to port. Good customer service.

Dated furniture. Many markings in bedroom make you question cleanliness but sheets and towels were clean.
