Great hotel, walking distance ( even for an old fat guy) to anything you might need. I recommended you look for dinner and drinks in the Port of Cergy.....

Room would be fine for one person but didn’t work for two. Strange shape room, no floor space, dirty windows on the outside. Bathtub drain was plugged up. Towels provided were for only one person. Needs grab bar in the shower/tub. Air conditioning didn’t work properly—impossible to find the right setting. Seems like the front desk has an over-ride on the HAVC system

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved that it was everything spotless. We booked the hotel with breakfast included, but the kitchen facilities were exactly what one would need to cook. We used the underground parking as well.

We cannot think of anything that we did not like.

İt is nice for the people who would like to stay longterm. Rooms have kitchens and workplaces in the lobby and in all floors.Breakfast was good for the price.

My room was not clean there were hair in the bath tab. Staff was friendly but even for basic things you need to request more than three times.

The location is perfect

This hotel has a very bad policy about cleaning, they don’t like to clean the room or change the sheets. Even the bathroom

Love the concept. A beautiful space which is a wonderful change from traditional hotel corridors. Staff were very helpful when my phone needed charging.

Breakfast was AWFUL! Everything was terrible about the breakfast. The little I did eat, I wish I hadn't.

Staff,location and free underground secure parking are very good features of the apartments

Breakfast has changed drastically compare to when it used to be olivarius and quality has reduced, seems more priority are given to offices and not to lodgement. Summer time you will likely request for fan as it can be hot inside.

Location was close for what we needed. The collective space to work . Covered parking and spacious apartment.

The residence is not really set for short term ‘hotel’ needs.

Cool vibe to the hotel

Ground floor with young kids not a good idea. No window in second room so no air. Couldn't open window in main room for fear of someone climbing in.

Lovely rooms with small kitchen, car park in basement. Great chilled atmosphere. Easy 10 minute walk to train station.Big tv lounge area to relax

Nothing really

We stayed here for 2 nights for the Olympics and traveled into central Paris by RER (about 30 mins), with the station being a 15-minute walk away. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with separate toilets and a large sitting/dining room. Lovely staff both at reception and breakfast and, while the breakfast selection is limited, it’s enough to start one’s day. Some lovely restaurants in the walking distance, we loved the small harbour area, which is only 5-min walk away.

Out of 2 bedrooms one has the window onto the shared corridor, you can’t really open it and have to keep the blinds closed at all times, this makes the room very dark. The soundproofing is far from ideal. Couldn’t sleep the second night as people upstairs seemed to be moving furniture and playing ball most of the night, and the sound of it in my bedroom was too loud. Unpleasant smell in underground parking, but looks like it was being looked into.

The location is very good, the underground parking lot is large, sufficient and safe. The room is three bedrooms and one living room, with two separate shower rooms and a separate toilet. The facilities are very new. The bed is very comfortable.

Very modern place, comfortable room, the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good. The neighbourhood was beautiful to walk around after work.

Good location of the hotel, nice design, the room has everything you need, prices are lower than other similar hotels in Cergy.

Terrible service! I was supposed to check in at 2:00 pm but had to wait an hour and a half because my room wasn't cleaned on time and then the cleaners had a break. During my entire stay, they never changed the towels or cleaned the room. At breakfast, items were not refilled on time when they ran out - several times I was unable to get an omelette because I could not wait for a new portion to be prepared.

It was clean and comfy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I really liked the stay and recommend it.

Lack of vegetables for breakfast

The room and the breackfast was good. Just a little to hot in the room. Open the window was too noisy. The breakfast was good. I miss a bar or drinkautomates with drinks, non alcoholic and alcoholic. The service was great. Ik had an excellent experience wiht an employer Soukaina Taourghist who help me to recover my forgotten portable PC. Nice job!!!
