Room small, but it was ok

The staff where so friendly and helpful. We didn’t speak the same language but understood each other. Anything we needed help with they would sort. And the price was amazing. It was in a lovely little town!

Tiny room, but for this price you shouldn't expect more. Quality/price ratio was ok.Breakfast could be more diversed, but I could find something for me.

Shower temperature varied in seconds between cold and ultra hot - not very relaxing to say the least. Room temperature was too hot over night - the only way to change temperature was opening the window which meant noise from the road.

Room is small, there are no sockets near the beds, a wire to charge devices is too short to reach both beds, not comfortable for 2 at all.

lovely staff, really comfortable, would 100% recommend. Very close to everything in Cergy, especially the port. Very inexpensive.

As expected from ibis. Reasonable price for bed and breakfast. Nothing fancy but not needed when you are traveling on business and don't stay in the room that much.

Location, comfortable bed, great personnel at reception

Carpet burned all over in the room, no hot water, broken badge, cleaning staff hurrying is out of the room at 11 am.

We chose this hotel because of its location to a train station (went into Paris).

The lobby had an unpleasant smell. The morning we left, we noticed someone else's hairs on the mattress pad of our bed.

The rooms are a lot smaller than advertised. We also had the "luxury" to get a room on the ground floor that was overlooking a nearby petrol station... luckily the window overlooking the petrol station was tiny! ( :-( ) When asked whether a bigger room would be available (even if it implied paying more for our stay), we were told that all rooms were the same and that this was the "standard IBIS product"...

Great location close to the port, with restaurants and bars. Welcoming staff, quiet hotel with free ample parking.

The staff was so gentle and friendly. More helpful than we expect. It was clean and quiet. We had the feeling of safety all the time.

There isn`t a fridge in the room.

Convenient and good value. 24 hr receptionist. Room for bikes. Clean rooms. Good shower.
