Free parking within the facility and complementary mini bar was a nice offer.

There were only 2 small elevators and one of them was broken through all our stay.

easy check in and check out, comfortable rooms, double doors so no hallway noises. nice noise insulation. very clean and convenient.

there was a lot of furniture dragging until late at night and starting at 6:30 am over my room but other than that good!

The shower drain was clogged; I tried to clean it and a leaf came out.

The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful. The heating system was not hot enough for the weather in December. We reported that to reception and they gave us a small heater that helped but was a little loud. Overall happy

Location was a little far from city, but we rented a car so it wasnt a big issue.

The room facilitates sleep. It was very quiet and it was easy to make the room dark. The water in the shower is hot and the water pressure is good. The room layout is logical and it's easy to stay organized. The complementary bottle of water everyday is a life-saver. The breakfast selection and quality is outstanding. The hotel is located near (meaning walkable) shopping and many restaurants. The people are friendly.

There is no washcloth in the shower. You have to soap up your hands and rub. It's a little inconvenient for me as I have a bad shoulder. The hotel restaurant is expensive and selection is limited but the food is of good quality. I found myself seeking food elsewhere, which is okay as I like to walk.

It was clean and comfortable and very close to Essec business school 5 min by walking. We stayed there during my daughters’ moving into the dorm.

We haver 6 baggages and no one helped us with that in the long aisle to the elevator

Nothing the rooms where very smelly I booked 2 rooms they give me 1 I thought it was family one when I when to the room was only for 2 people I when to the reception again and asked them we are 4 people and then she said ok I will give you a second room bad experience very dirty rooms

We have stayed in hotels of this chain in France several times. But before that the hotels were 3*, now 4*. There are significant advantages: 1. Fridge2. Kettle3. Toilet amenities 4. Various pillows. As always, the room is clean, bright, well-organized (charging sockets, light) There is free parking. Good location for departure from CHG. By car - 35 minutes.

Breakfast in B&B hotels is always very good with wide choice of dishes (yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits). BUT IN THIS HOTEL BREAKFAST IS iVERY POORLY ORGANIZED. They don't have time to bring new food to replace what's gone, they don't have time to clean up and put away utensils.

Onsite parking and location close the Essec.

Power was out for 12 hours of our stay. I know this was not the hotels fault, but they did not seem to care about the customers and what we had to deal with. No services were provided and nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience. From what we saw I would not recommend staying in Cergy in general.

Location: there is a nice park the next to the hotel; A shopping mall is just 10 min. walking distance; ESSEC business school is 10 min. walking distance.Staff: Hassna and Leo at the reception are very helpful.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean . Lots of facilities including a coffee making facilities. Good bike storage

Quite far from the town , only a macdonalds and kfc near by if you want food , but no restaurants.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was so nice with coffee machine! It's very close to the shopping mall - we didnt need to use our car.

It wasn't possible to use hair straightener in front of mirror because the electricity was no electricity plug in bathroom or even in the hallway where the bigger mirror was

The hotel gate entrance barrier is a pain to access with car. Distance calling box out of order.

The hotel was nice, enough space in the rooms, clean and sound isolated. We have booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and 1 child under 11 years. We arrived at 15:00 o'clock and they gave the access cards. Our parents room was fine, ours was not cleaned as someone obviously has overstayed. Anyway the receptionists apologised and gave us another clear and even better room. We had booked bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very rich, diversity of food, fruits, smoked salmon every day. However the restaurant was closed for renovation, that was the only minor thing. Also there were a few people who spoke English Brice (apologies if we have mistaken the written version of the name in French) was one of them, special thanks to him for being helpful. It turns out that you are obliged to know French when you go to this country otherwise the communication is lost. The capacity of the parking is big enough so you can easily park your car. However mind that if you came by car, you would have to enter a code which comes with your booking reservation, on the way out, you will need another code to exit which is different and for which we weren't notified at the time of our leaving, the code is being changed on a daily basis (which is reasonable for security reasons), but we would have appreciated if we were told at the reception by someone, upon our leaving. We had to get back again to obtain it.

Good location a little way out of town. Fabulous patio area and pleasant bar/ restaurant area. Food in the evening was good value and extremely tasty (cycling the avenue verte, we were too tired to leave the hotel). Fairly good bike storage area with CCTV. Room was quiet and clean. Comfy bed and sofa bed.

The spa bath wasn’t working.
