Hotel Albufera

Air conditioning is not working, even after reminding staff for couple of days, they did nothing to fix it

What I liked about this hotel is the price/value ratio: friendly and helpful staff and good internet connection. Breakfast was also OK. The heated pool was great. Internet connection was strong all around the hotel.

Consider having a car, and the nearest bus stop is 20 min walk. The coffee at breakfast tasted like a cheap instant mix, too sweet for my taste. Fruits could also be cut in and appropriately arranged. It took too long for the sauna to heat up.

We were told when booking that the restaurant would be open but it was closed for a private party

Rooms with view, big, very nice bathroom.

- Very clean and spacious room (we stayed here while switching apartments and all our baggages fit easily in the room)- Large and comfortable bed with multiple pillow options- Truly high speed internet for a hotel (constantly getting over 150Mbps)- Plenty of free parking (both underground and outside)- Although it's far from "touristic Valencia", it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and buffets (plus Lidl, Carrefour, etc.)

Location not the best

The hotel was pretty new and clean. For that price point, we weren't expecting this kind of a good room.It was spacious, and the furniture was very new. We used the pool and the gym in the morning. That was also a nice plus to our stay.

Actually can't say anything. Perfect for its price. We would stay again for sure.

The hotel is a bit dated but very clean. The price reflected that - you get what you pay for. The location on the highway worked well for our road trip the next day.

Every thing was perfectly perfect ?????Every thing was beyond my expectations and whatever shown in the images.

It is 25 minutes away from Valencia city centre and it is much more easier to have your own car or rent car rather than using public transportation (there is limited public transportation). Nevertheless, there are a lot of food centers and restaurants and outlets neighborhood.

Rooms were clean and has the amenities we expected

Couple of days before leaving, the whole floor were beinng renovated except our room. So it was kind of inconvenience.

Room is very spacious. Easy check in and check out process. The hotel has cafeteria by the reception which is handy for breakfast. Its also next to a Japanese restaurant which opens until late. Swimming pool is small but has good temperature water which is good for kids. Parking is free and easily accessible.Good for last minute booking.

Majority of staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady on checkin and out. Special thanks to Vanessa for allowing me to keep a rental bike in the room. Big supermarket round the corner and plenty of take aways locally.

Breakfast could have been more varied. Away from city center.Lack of public transport nearby.

Neighborhood is literally dead, everything is closed. Parking could be tricky for long cars.

Minimum passing grade, definitely not worth 4 stars, but enough to sleep in. Breakfast below average. I have no complaints about the staff.
