The room was quiet.

Check-in was confusing, because there was no sign, and you actually were supposed to check-in at the bar/restaurant!!

Sorry, but in room 120 there was a bad smell of sewage from the bathroom. I told the staff about it at night and since 12 o'clock in the afternoon this smell was gone. Maybe there was some local problem. They immediately offered me to change the room, but I was so tired that I didn't want to change the room. I opened the window and there was no smell, but with the window closed, the smell was strong, especially at night.

Great location if you have a car, 15 minutes from center, beaches and airport. New facilities , good value for money.

Only 15 minutes by taxi to Valencia city.Private parking, located close to easy to access retail park.Friendly staff, room was OK.

Paper cups in the bathroom, no bottled water.Breakfast room was crazy busy, breakfast underwhelming.

This bright, vibrant, easy and accommodating environnent. A great bar and restaurant made the perfect landing after a long, strenuous drive. The best of four Ibis hotels I've experienced.

Music is great but a few decibels too loud for comfort.

Location. Easy access in and out of hotel. Situated next to large shopping centre, lots of restaurants etc. Check in receptionist was extra helpful with mix up on dates. Dog friendly with even an area to have breakfast with our pet a bonus. Room was spotless with extra comfy big bed.

I never understood why a kettle is not provided. With over 100 TV channels, an international English speaking news channel would be ideal. Very minor points.

During the check in, they calculated additional fee for the pet, but there was no such information in the hotel description.

Location is ok/ great smell in hotel

No fridge at summertime when it’s +36 degrees!?/ no bin in room only in bathroom/ no shampoo or conditioner/ first day elevator was not working/ not much space on parking. Staff wanted to charge us for smoke alarm 50€ because alarm turned on at 8am while we were sleeping, and we are non smokers!!!

Comfortable double bed; single fold out sofa-bed passable. Clean. Decent air-con. Quiet rooms. Guest common area looked good, but didn't use it.

Below expectations compared to similar chain hotels (including this chain), particularly for price: Room was small, no fridge, no coffee-making facilities in room (kettle, instant coffee/teabags, etc).

Very poor

We paid and reserved 1 double bedroom (at 174€) and 1 double room with sofa bed (at 210€) as we were a group of 5. When we got there we didn’t realise we didn’t put the amount of guests on the reservation so they sold our room with sofa bed (that was already paid) to someone else. When asked for explanation the lack of guest number was the issue, they said, even though everything was paid for. They said they moved our “sofa” to another room that had 3 guests. We claimed we wanted our sofa (as it had been paid for!) and they did not give us any solution. They made us pay another 174€ for another double room. So, in total we paid for 3 rooms when we only wanted 2 for 5 guests. Absolutely disgusted with this stupid situation. They sold the same room twice and took our money, disgusting.

Compact room without mini refrigerator, table, kettle. Hairdryer not working

Comfy bed, aircon and a very good breakfast selection.

Only One pillow per bed and they are not very good quality.

Bad

We had a horrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel (at around 1am), our room smelled tobacco intensively. We asked for a room change but the hotel did not have any non-smoking room available. We decided to leave and ask for a reimbursement. They declined this and only offered the possibility of us waiting outside for a fair amount of time for a machine to try and remove the smell. This was not acceptable and we left without using the room. The hotel rejected reimbursing us the price of the room.
