    Pros +

    • Lovely place, lovely people. I have to especially mention the best sauna - well, outside Finland - I’ve ever visited. Genuine Harvia wood burning stove and a view to Etna - nice! Only tiny details reveal that you are not in Finland (I mean addition to the aformentioned Etna view :D).
    • Great place to stay during the summer, and worth paying extra for breakfast every morning with lots of fruits, cakes, bread, coffee, cheese, and even mandorla granita! Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable too. The staff was great and happy to help with all the questions we had!
    • Staff was really friendly, unobstructed views of etna , alot of amities.

    Cons -

    • There was a beautiful and playful kitten called Tanos that we wanted to take with us, but they refused to sell it to us, because the owner’s grandchild was were attached to him :D.
    • It’s a bit far from the center, so you definitely need a car to get to the hotel. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper twice as they only left one roll each day for four people. Oh…and bring bug spray as there are lots of mosquitoes in the area.
    • The road leading up to the venue is not well lite .

Only 11 rooms, but 4 swimming pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. A large.modern suite for 4, nice views and half an hour from the airport, so just what we needed on our last day.

    Nothing I can think of.

The staff at the agriturismo were fantastic. We arrived late and they had no problem in preparing lunch for us after 3pm.

    All was fantastic

The property was very clean. We’ve been here before and the staff is very friendly, the agrihotel is very clean and it is safe to park your car there too.

Breakfast was good, however, there wasn’t the same variety as there was before. And this time we had to pay extra for breakfast when before it used to be included in the price.

The pool area is very nice. They have 4 pools to choose from. While you need to wear a head cap in 3 of the pools where we weren't aware of and could not use.

I am disappointed and expected better from this accommodation after the reviews of other customers. My experience in the accommodation did not go very well. We were given a room where the air-conditioning was only lighting up with no cool whatsoever. When we reported the issue we were told that's because the temp outside was 40 degrees. As if the purpose of the air-conditioning is not to cool the room. We were left for some time of uncertainty because if they weren't going to fix this issue we were willing to look for another accommodation. Anyway to cut the long story short, they gave us another smaller room than the one we booked and paid for. But at that time as long as the air-conditioning in the new room was working fine, we accepted it.One time when we were returning to our room, we saw the cleaner and she started speaking in a rude manner in Italian and when I asked her to speak in English, she became angry and went away.

Clean rooms, great service and amazing swimming pool

There are 2 kinds of music playing at the same time at the swimming pool (because there are other swimming pools open for the public), would be better to turn the one in the bar off

Very Good fresh food and delicious

    More variety for the price

    9SolangePosted on: 4-6-2023

The location and the very abundant breakfast.

The position of the toilet as it is too close to the wall as you can't sit down properly.

    9SolangePosted on: 1-5-2023

The place was very peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was of very high quality and abundant.

Dog/Cat excrement in the passage outside on our way to our room.

A nice Agri Hotel, beautiful views, spacious and clean rooms, private parking and hosts very helpful. Breakfast is very good and worth the money paid for. Will return again for sure.

It was an awful experience. The worst.

The facility and the room was under construction. No other room was available. The balcony door had no handle and no means to open or have access. Despite being in a country setting the room was cramped and I'll equipped. No proper staff. The night of arrival reception said they would cancel the second night of the prepaid booking, In the morning on checking out they refused to refund my visa account. The grounds and the pools were dirty.

    6AnthonyPosted on: 9-27-2022

The room and the pool were clean and well kept

To arrive at the hotel is a disaster using Google Maps. I was directed to a dirt road barely as wide as the car. To make matters worse it seems that the owners know about this but seem to do nothing about it.Moreover, the hotel sign is compeltely different from the one advertised on Booking.com to the extent that i had to ask at the reception if i were at the place where i have booked. Finally, having arrive in the evening and after a gruelling drive to find the hotel, they were only able to offer pizza for dinner.

Actually very big Hotel Area with different pools, no direct neighbours, bit outside of town. Nice big room with open Shower. Big parking lot (free) and possibility to eat in the owners Restaurant (Daily Menus). Good location for a stay close to Aetna.

The Location was bit outside and as soon as you leave the hotel we didn't feel very safe. On top, there was rubbish at the side of the streets everywhere, even in the nature on our way to Aetna. Not much to do in the evening. You need a car.

    8GodwinPosted on: 9-13-2022

Good breakfast and food in the hotel's restaurant. Hotel has 4 pools and the location is around 25 min from Etna Land. Helpful staff and nice large room (although not as stated in booking site description) and with a spacious shower.

On the booking site room stated view with a pool but room had no pool view (so clarify before booking) and also stated balcony which was just an extension on to the car park (we never used). In the morning we had to inform hotel what we were going to eat in the evening so they prepare and reception staff clearly explained menu we selected (which included the water) and then we were charged for the water which as per the description indicated that it was included with the wine.

Everything was clean, very quiet and breakfast was very good

Dinner could improve and prices charged did not match what was on the menu.

    9MoiraPosted on: 9-5-2022

Staff was super nice . The place is heaven . 4 pools to choose from . Surrounded by nature and beatiful views of etna

    10BrianPosted on: 4-29-2022

Excellent rooms, Good breakfast, friendly staff, recommended

    7ChristianPosted on: 4-3-2022

Quiet place, no noise from the road

Bed was too hard, and the pillows of very bad quality, although there was a 3rd pillow with memory foam one of us could fortunately use.Plus : we arrived on a Friday and asked to pay on Monday, as we wanted to use a special credit card on which funds still had to arrive. We couldn't do it on Monday as we were very busy, and instead of waiting one other day or calling, the hotel took the price from the card used as a guarantee on Booking, straitaway on Monday morning.
